Good Service
Hi. Just like to say a big thanks to Peter and Chris for the fantastic service they provided me after I had a problem with one of the hire vehicles, they went out of their way to fix my issue and issue me with a new vehicle- all in the space of 5 days. It made sure that business could continue for me with no issues.
Its good to know you have good people providing a great service, it's very much appreciated.

I deal with Northgate quite frequently for our hire vans, We always get a friendly, helpful and professional service from the team at our local branch in Broxburn. Our delivery driver today was Colin Dunlop and as always he was smiling, friendly, very helpful.

Fantastic service from both Peter, Chris and their team in Broxburn, who obtained a replacement vehicle in record time and delivered it to my home address on Saturday after the branch was closed for the weekend!!!

High Level of Customer Service.
I have worked with Northgate in a couple of different business' now and each time they have been great. Nothing is ever a problem, in a world of scarce resources, particularly around vehicles, Stacey and the Broxburn team always find a solution for our business needs and continue to deliver on an ongoing basis. Backup support and the way in which they communicate with their customers outstrip other competitors I have worked with in the past by a country mile.

With the world as it is and supply of new vehicle limited we fully appreciate the strain the rental market is under. We ordered a new Sprinter 317 with half rear tailift and were provided a lead in vehicle that allowed us to continue our daily operations. Build date for new van wasnt confirmed however as soon as an appropriate vehicle became available we were offered this and it was turned around for us very quickly. I kept asking for small additions throughout the process and this was never a problem, the team facilitated and made it happen. Much better company to work with than our previous lease supplier.
