The school I work for had hired 3 9 seater minibus’s , I was chasing the locating of these with another office and was getting very little help until MARK BUTCHER at Derby got involved within hours he located 2 buses and got them back to Derby and we collected to enable us to complete our runs , he has kept me fully informed of chasing the other bus and I don’t doubt he will do all he an to locate asap , thanks Mark

Leon is a star
Leon deserves more than 5 stars . He is very friendly and helpful. He seems to go the extra mile for his customers . Lisa who brought me home also deserves a mention as an asset to Northgate Derby.
The branch itself is easy to find with a large reception area and toilets. I was even offered a hot drink.
Would definitely recommend this branch.

Tried calling the fire line up with a issue but there was no answer for 2 days, called Northgate derby striaght up and they got me booked in with them and was great, great they would help out after two bad days

Top bloke great service , just the right amount of sarcasm but professional when required. Unfortunately VW main dealership aren't as efficient so ive got to wait 4 -6 weeks before i get my van back
