From the start I got a call from a very helpful lady called Christine who helped me with road directions to get there,as it first time I been there and not easy to fine.
Christine along with all the other staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful making the whole experience at Northgate enjoyable taking put all the stress for me in trying to get there on time, finding and finding the place. Also very clean garage and very clean facilities, Once again thank you Christine and the other staff there. I definitely recommend using Northgate at Hodgesen👏

My EML came on as well as my ad blu light flashing like mad despite recently filling up. Dave had the van, kept me updated with the issue, fixes and timeframes regularly. Van was fixed relatively quickly despite me being a walk in. Very impressive service from Dave

Great experience, used for several years now can’t do any better. Vehicle service, repairs all done without issues. Christine on front desk fantastic and so polite and makes visits a pleasant experience.
