Although I had to wait beyond my prearranged time for the service of my van the staff made me feel comfortable and kept me informed at all times. Paula & Dave plus Mitch were my main contacts and were excellent.

David Mardle customer service
This is my local Northgate that I have used for the last 6 years. The customer service especially David Mardle is brilliant and can not be faulted. Have always helped me out when I need to be back on the road whether it be a hire van or getting my van fixed ASAP. The coffee isn’t bad either.

Fab experience - Huntingdon Depot
When organising my vehicle for rental I was provided excellent service, with a smile by a gentleman named David Mardle offered drinks and good conversation whilst my vehicle was prepared.
When returning the vehicle I was met with the same kindness and enthusiasm.
