Great customer service from individuals
The service we receive from individuals is great particularly Spencer & Dan - the overall service from Northgate as a company has not been so good. We have just received a large number of brand new fleet vehicles of which a number broke down with manufacturing fault that we were not made aware of.

Northgate/Van Monster regularly drive &…
Northgate/Van Monster regularly drive & park SORN vehicles which cause an obstruction on a public road. Normally Fri - Mon. Been reported to both Police & DVLA - Currently Ford Transits Regs FE69 XAV & WO18 WRD. Update Both mentioned vehicles were siold at Mannhiem car auctions & parked by the buyers. Both vehicles mentioned were collected 6.30am 03/03/23 & loaded on to a car transporter. Guys collecting didnt see that they were parked dangerously & stated they were only doing their job. They removed the Northgate stickers.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and we are sorry for any inconvenience which has been caused. Whilst I fully appreciate your frustrations FE69XAV and WO18WRD are not Northgate vehicles. The vehicles were removed from our fleet and sold in auction, so therefore we are no longer the registered keepers and therefore regrettably cannot assist with this matter.

North gate, forget it !!! Try enterprise.
Called a problem in to the reception, woman taking the call did not seem interested at all to help. Time to look at fault was two weeks. Service is poor, I personally would not pay for their service.
When vehicle went into the work shop, work took 2 hours to change a tyre.
Going to try enterprise, in the future.
