Just hired a van from Northgate and honestly couldn’t fault it. Rachel was brilliant, sorted everything quickly, and made the whole thing dead easy.

Amazing customer service
Unfortunately we had a slight incident this week with one of our hire vehicle and it had to be recovered for repairs, our vehicle was recovered with great ease all organised by the very helpful Rachel. She organised recovery and also managed to sort us out a cover vehicle which was like for like, which we require due to the complexity of our business needs. I can not rate Rachel and the Knowsley team high enough for their level of professionalism and their customer service.
