Left my passport in one of the rental…
Left my passport in one of the rental vehicles.. thought I left it in my van while it was getting serviced... Going on holiday in 2 weeks. Phone call from Steve at the MK branch and this man saved my whole holiday and saved me undue stress.. excellent and professional and honest staff. Vehicle was perfectly clean as well. Couldn't recommend enough for any rental needs.

Sally amazing staff
I just wanted to add a review personally as I believe the company should know what a grate employee they have there called Sally.
from the moment we spoke and I gave her a list of problems with a rental we had and nothing was a problem and even went out of her way to help us with parts due to use not telling them what was wrong at the start.
24 hours later and a few phone calls and new the team are back on the road with all problems resolved ( even after taking it to another store 3 times and they could not fix)

Rescued Again
Northgate Milton Keynes comes to the rescue yet again, we have been looking to source a Luton Transit for a couple of weeks, with no success, so I decided to contact my good associates Sally Jarvis and Chis Rolls at Northgate Milton Keynes to help me out, as we were running out of time looking for a Luton Transit, Sally and Chris came up with a Luton Transit within 20 minutes of my call, I would just like to say great team work guys, much appreciated, one happy customer 😁 Thanks again guys

Sales manager Chris, went above and beyond to help out. Called customer service then called Banbury and no one got back to me. Chris from MK branch called me up and offered me a better vehicle to suit my needs. Was quick easy and stress free. Top bloke. Definitely highly recommended.
