Northgate Portsmouth Branch are exceptional. They are professional, diligent and have a quick turn-around with the vehicles. I don't need to chase them up for MOT'S, servicing or repairs. They regularly book these in themselves, keeping the fleet of vehicles operational. When things do go wrong and vehicles have issues, as is inevitable, they are quick to respond to get the vehicles back on the road. I can't recommend them enough. The coffee machine is still top notch.

The service in the Portsmouth store has been by far one of the friendliest and most helpful services I have had from the company in all my time with them. Kathryn was fantastic at the desk and helped with every question I had in a fantastic and well informative manner. Catherine on reception has amazing customer service attitude and makes everyone feel welcome and happy to be there.

The company I work for has a commercial contract with Northgate during a spell of injury and time of work they have dealt with my van and myself with both flawless service great communication and a high standard of work.
