Had a really great experience…
Had a really great experience purchasing my new CRF300 Rally, great service and support from the sales advisor Mark R. Would definitely recommend, trade in process was really easy and although my bike was't scheduled to arrive till 2022, I was fortunate enough to pick it up in December 21.

I have recently bought an Africa Twin from Norton Way. The service I received was second to none. Sam couldn’t do enough for me. All the team are polite, friendly and respectful. This is how service should be. I will be using them in the future for all of my servicing on my bikes.

Sales staff kept changing
Sales staff kept changing, mailboxes were not working, initial staff had no knowledge of the product, ended up speaking to Honda uk and internet to find out details. Responses were always very slow and no one owned my sale so had to keep explaining what I needed. Had to continually chase for updates. Good price bad experience.

A good experience
A good experience, buying my bike online/ over the phone. Michael's customer service is second to none and very professional. Would recommend. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the chain was very loose when I collected the bike and in desperate need of adjustment. A simple job that should have been checked.

My first experience of Honda
My first experience of Honda, purchased a motorcycle for my grandson. An excellent experience all round very professional.
As a result I will consider a Honda car purchase from Nortonway in the future

Very Good First Purchase from a Dealer
Purchased 2nd hand bike they received from one of their other sites. It had a few issues but these were sorted perfectly as agreed. Michael Boef was excellent throughout, including aftersales. First bike I've purchased from a dealer and would be happy to purchase a bike from here again.

Very good experience with my purchase…
Very good experience with my purchase from Caio the salesman very friendly nice video sent to me bike serviced new Mot and even a full tank of petrol plus got the new bike at a great price. Delivered very quickly and was given the spare seat and back box which could have been sold for a lot of money so very happy thanks guys at Norton definatly

Had a great experience with my purchase. From start to finish the salesman (i believe a mike boef) was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure i received all detail and videos promptly. After making the purchase the bike was put through a service and delivered to me within 5 days. Would highly recommend them, will go back to them in the future when im ready to upgrade to my africa twin..
