As an NHS hearing aid owner I have been very pleased with my NHS hearing aids, however I had noticed that my hearing was not too good when it came to hearing my wifes voice when we were out shopping etc, so during a visit to Beeston we called in at the Nottingham Hearing Practice. It has been the best experience that I can remember for a long time and having been in retail for 40 years that is high praise for me. From the initial consultation through to purchasing my Bernafon hearing aids which now let me hear my wifes voice clearly and others when out. I say well done and keep up the good work. The free trial cannot be faulted, thank you..

I have visited The Nottingham Hearing Practice on two occasions recently with severe wax blockages and been more then satisfied with the excellent standard of service I received from the whole team. Thank you so much Alan,Jo and Steve. What a find ! I highly recommend a visit with any ear issues !

The professionalism and friendliness of this practice cannot be surpassed. Nothing was too much trouble, and great pains were taken to program the hearing aids to my main need; that of hearing higher frequencies in pipe organ music, myself being a church organist. Highly recommended.

Went to my doctor with ear ache, and she recognised compacted wax in my right ear. options were discussed and I was prescribed ear drops.
Three days in and my ear was very painful and blocked. Just felt I didn't want to continue with the drops and so booked an appointment.
Alan showed me the problem with video evidence (not as scary as it sounds!), explained the problem, and the options and suggested a treatment.
Amazing. 10 minutes later, relieved of all pain, and I could hear perfectibility.
Can't thank them enough, and can thoroughly recommend.

Friendly professional staff have done a first class job for me. The whole process, from making the first appointment and then through testing, fitting and follow up couldn't have been easier or more relaxed - and successful. Now I can comfortably hear conversation in noisy environments and watch tv with the subtitles turned down! Brilliant. Thank you.

Having had one life changing experience as one of the Adults in the series OPHF4YO, I hardly expected another as I walked through Lark Hill Retirement Village.

I noticed representatives from The Nottingham Hearing Practice, and having discarded other brands, I decided to make an appointment to have a test in my own Bungalow.

I could not have been more pleased. I was offered two of the best technical models on the market to try for a period before I finally made my choice. I now only need half the volume on my Television, and I can now hear long forgotten sounds of birds.

This was my second visit to the Nottingham Hearing Practice and once again it was a faultless experience. I felt very comfortable and listened to. The friendliness and professionalism I received from Alan (the Audiologist) was far beyond my expectations. There was no pressure to buy and I was totally put at ease.

After struggling to get an audiology appointment with one of the main high street stores I decided to book an appointment with the Nottingham Hearing Practice. I'm so glad that I did. I had been struggling with my hearing for the last few years and finally decided to get my hearing tested.
I made an appointment at Nottingham Hearing Practice and had a hearing test carried out by Alan.
My hearing was pretty poor and after reviewing the options I purchased a set of digital hearing aids.
The difference is amazing and I can't believe how much I have been missing out on for the last few years.

Parking is free at nearby superstores;Beeston is well served by tram and bus. Personal attention is their aim and your satisfaction is their reward.This sentiment I can endorse from my own very recent experience.

What a lovely practice this is I visited a few weeks ago for a consultation and received a lovely warm welcome with a great cup of coffee too. The consultation was very professional but in a relaxed way and I would definitely recommend to anybody who has hearing difficulties to pay them a visit.

After a decade (yes really) of low quality treatment from the NHS where I experienced everything from mis/late diagnosis to out and out cock ups, what a joy to have been recommended the Nottingham Hearing Practice. The team here are so professional, polite, understanding of the patient's needs, and gone are the days of being just another number to cross off the list and get out the door as sadly happened so often with the NHS.

The step up in patient care is so big that I really can't do it enough justice with words, and for the last 5 years once I was correctly diagnosed and on the NHS treadmill was basically an ongoing nightmare where I truly never thought there'd be any light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks to Alan & Jo at Nottingham Hearing Practice I can truly say my quality of life has improved beyond measure thanks to their service, and I now have back everything I thought was gone forever, including sounds I'd completely forgotten about.
