I use kernel migration tools (office 365 and sharepoint). this tools works good for migrate mailbox, sharepoint content and teams chat between two tenant.

We had to move huge on-premise public folders to Exchange 365 user and/or shared mailboxes.
The offered "Kernel for Exchange Server" software did the trick.
First time using the software was a bit confusing but with the excellent support of Nucleustechnologies (Vikram) all worked out perfect.

I downloaded the free trial to recover accidentally deleted photos, it recovered nothing. I tried using the live chat on their website no one ever responded. I am deleting the free trial, and will not bother with this company again.

I needed to recover files quickly for a project. I bought one year licence and was not sent the activation code for 18hours. I asked for a refund on their 30day money back guarantee and they totally refused. False advertising and extremely unhelpful support. This really feels more like a scam. The 24 hour support is a chat that ignores you. Dont buy this product it is terrible.

It is a pleasing surprise to know that customer support is available for 24*7 and they responded quickly to my query on phone. I am very happy with the support that I got.

The way Microsoft Outlook stores its information is appalling to say the least. This means that if you are using it as a IMAP or POP client it is virtually impossible to directly access information such as the calendar or contacts.

Unless you manually export your contacts and calendar, the only option is to backup the OST or PST file. These can be very large. A one line email and you can have to backup gigabytes of data. What is worse, even after you have restored your system, Outlook will not always access the data in these files.

This is where the Kernel Data recovery products come into their own. They work well and allow you to extract potentially lost data from backed up OST and PST files.

Best of all, their professional support is EXCELLENT.

Highly recommended.

My advice is if you need a IMAP or POP email client, use eM Client rather than Outlook.
