I had an excellent experience with Mr. Edris at the O2 shop in Market Place, Manchester. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure everything was sorted properly.
It’s rare to find someone so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Mr. Edris is a real credit to the O2 team. Thank you for providing such exceptional service—I highly recommend asking for him if you visit the store!
