When walking into the O2 store Manchester City Centre the staff made you feel very welcome so friendly lovely atmosphere i had a brilliant advisor named Timo who sorted everything out for me also special thanks to Suzanne Barratt.

Great visit !
Amina may be my favourite person I have every met and I had an absolutely fabulous time visiting the shop today thanks to her! Honestly I have not received customer service like it, she was charismatic, patient and knowledgeable and can’t thank her enough, especially given I visited about half an hour before the shop was due to close.
