The installation of a crawl space dehumidifier with condensate pump and crawl space vent sealing was performed quickly and efficiently.

I used Olshan to level my house in 2022. Their salesman came and looked at all my concerns inside, and the proposal for repairs was made. Three stablizing jacks were proposed and I was told it had a transferable 25 year warranty. After thousands of dollars hiring them, they came and placed the jacks. To my surprise, the foreman was bringing out the other, much larger jacks when they were finished. Instead of adjusting the jacks I was never even told were already there, I was sold on these. I proceeded with the renovation of tens of thousands of dollars, I noticed cracks in the new tile above where they placed their "much better jacks." When I called, I was told I had a year warranty and it had expired. No solution was offered. Other companies wouldn't touch their "subpar" equipment.
Fast forward a couple of years, their thousands of dollar proposal wasn't even the solution to the problem to begin with, only a small part, and now ineffective. Their jacks weren't stabilized and not even touching the beam. The small concrete pads they placed them on, which were merely placed on top of the ground, had sunk into the ground with the pressure and were doing nothing. They removed jacks that were only needing adjusting and put it a failing system. What the salesman (inspector) says when he's here and what this company actually does are two different things. Completely dishonest!!! Now, I've had three more companies look at it and every one of them found the actual solution without being told what the one before them proposed. I may add it was NOT what Olshan proposed for years ago. I wasted thousands on their overpriced solution and lost tens of thousands more because their system failed after the renovation. If you like starting over and throwing your money away, go for it. No integrity!!!! Beware!

Note: After many calls trying to get them to rectify the issues, being told they would do nothing, and hiring another company, paying them, and having the job done again... I posted this review. ONLY after posting this review online were they willing to WRITE their response, as you see, wanting to discuss the issues they caused. Interesting that I finally received a call back after years of asking them for integrity. Don't buy into the response below. They were adamant that they had no responsibility to do the job right nor for the damage done by bad work. BEWARE!!!!!

Great company, very knowledgeable and explained options to correct issues

Alfredo A. and Joseph C. arrived right on time. They had come to my house to do some follow-up work on a driveway leveling project that had been done several months ago. A couple of spots had started to settle, so the were there to make it perfect. After carefully examining the issues they came up with a plan that would fix the issues permanently. The got to work and within 2 hours everything was as it should be and they cleaned up as if they had never been here. Great job, friendly guys and truly efficient. Thanks Guys

We had Joe, Augustine, and Odelia come to add some support to our house. They did excellent work. We were kept informed and given photos of the work. They corrected our sagging floors and come highly recommended.

Olshan had done some work for me before and did a great job. I needed some additional support of the beam so I called them again. Once again Joe, Augustine, and Odelia did fantastic work. I could not recommend them higher.

Outstanding service by Scarlett Jenkins. She arrived on time to the schedule appointment. She listened to our concerns and she then started her assessment of our foundation. She did the total honest review of our foundation. Good news was no issue with the foundation. Nice to know her honesty and the truth in her assessment. Can truly trust Scarlett and very knowledgeable in her work. If you think you may have an issue give them a call and you can request Scarlett come and review your foundation to give you peace of mind.

I'm very impressed! From the time I sent the inquiry up until today the customer service was amazing. My first contact was with Rebecca who was nothing but professional and made sure my appointment time was suitable for me. Very customer service friendly! Today's inspection with Gerard was the same, amazing he's very customer service friendly, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the information. He even made sure to contact me with his ETA which was also very customer service friendly, he was prompt, on time and very proficient. You can tell they both love what they do. Olshan in Raytown was the first & only driveway repair company I contacted. Pricing was right and everything went smoothly from there on. They do stand behind there workmanship. After a week I did notice an area that I was not pleased with. Called the Office and Armando Segura came back out and corrected the issue

I had foundation repair done to the back of my house. The project was done smoothly and completed on time. Edwin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew did a great job during this whole process and cleaned up like I expected. Melissa in the home office was very pleasant to work with from the beginning till the end. Great Job!

Cameron that was sent to evaluate the foundation came on time. He was very courteous, professional. He spend a lot of time to inside and outside of the house measuring and taking pictures. Sat with me for almost to explain in terms that I could understand. Offered good and different options of payment over time.

Donavan was a big part of having a good experience with your company. He explained every detail of the project very well. I am confident that when the project is completed, that problems will be fixed.

All that was involved with the project were professional and great. All steps of the process was relayed in a timely manner. With that being said, I do have a little issue with soil that was replaced in each hole. I can see the bottom of some of the holes because not enough of the soil was put back in some of the holes. Other than that great job.

They were in and out very quickly on the weekend. very professional. very little disruption of our regular household goings on.

Jared was very knowledgeable and professional, gave me a good price, set me up with an affordable pay plan. Pending the work to be done. Showed me all the complications that could arise, and resolution for all.

The men who worked on our home were very professional, nice, did an outstanding job on the corners of our home, and would definitely recommend Olshan company to others. We were extremely pleased.
