Excellent and quick turnaround when fitting two doors for my business. Reliable and consistent standards is why they have had repeated business.

In terms of the quality of the windows and doors and the skill of the installers I would have to give 5 stars all the way. The reason I've only given four stars is about the mess that was left. The installers seemed to have a misconception that the debris from the removal/replacement process would only travel about 1 metre (and so this was the area protected by dustsheets). They also seemed to believe that five minutes with a dustpan and brush was sufficient to clear up afterwards - needless to say it was not. One of the "Quality Plan" questions reads "Has your property been left clean and tidy and in the condition it was found?" My answer would be definitely not, especially outside where weeks later I'm still finding debris from the installation in flowerbeds etc.

Another great job. We have had great service over the years. Nine windows, two French doors and now a front door. Great job. Neat and professionally finished.

Could not fault the quality of our door and side panels. Sales part was unobtrusive and not at all pushy. Quote was instant and half of Zenith’s ( who got there by gradual reduction over painful 2 hours) installation was carried out efficiently and with no mess bythe 2 fitters. They were unavoidably 90 mins late but it was understandable very pleased. Would definitely recommend Omega.

This is not the first time we have used Omega and definitely not the last. Service was impeccable, James coming out the same day to facilitate our urgency, doors ready weeks ahead of schedule and fitted promptly. Once again a big thank you to all at Omega.

What a wonderful company Omega are. They said it was likely I would have to wait up to six weeks for my new door to be complete. Two weeks later, it was manufactured, installed, and it looks amazing. The installers were very efficient, professional, and left my home clean and tidy afterwards. Service from beginning to end was excellent. I can't praise Omega enough.

It’s always difficult to know who to go for when needing something done so I asked in the Facebook residents group. Omega came up often. Along with 2 other companies I got quotes. Omega were mid-range. I chose them as they’re an independent company and I’m so pleased I did! The customer service throughout the process was excellent. There were plenty of updates. The quality of the windows is really high and the fitters did a great job. I would highly recommend Omega and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
