Omega Windows Reviews 

After previous experience of having Anglian and Everest work on windows in previous properties Omega were a breath of fresh air! Very competitive on price, great products supplied and fitted to the promised timescale. I have no hesitation in recommending them a pleasure to deal with compared to the bigger companies. It seems they realise the important of customer service.

Your response to the apology for your bad customer service confirms my opinion of your company. Omega certainly did NOT replace my locks free of charge - that is a shocking lie. What actually happened was I had to photo the lock and email your company who subsequently arranged for 3 new keys to be cut and I had to pay for the service!! Outrageous response. Additionally I am not in Canada, why you would suggest that is puzzling. I am in the UK, Birchington- you must have heard of it!!!

Although I don’t often (never really) take the time to write reviews on companies, particularly when they have done a great job, I thought that I should this time particularly as window companies often don’t have the best reputation.
Omega windows quite happily provided 3 or 4 different quotes as we went through different options of the renovation of our 1930’s farmhouse. We selected them based on 3 criteria: pre sales service (quick, accurate, not pushy and new what they were talking about, which is not the case with many companies sales forces), Installation / after sales (they installed fascias, soffits etc. windows and bi-fold doors, a quality person inspected everything they did 2 days after it was completed, he found half a dozen or so snags that I had not noticed and they fixed them all !! without complaint and within 2 weeks. They have now been in-place for 3 months and no issues so far ) and thirdly the quality of the product ( their styleline windows are excellent similar to R9’s with the profile of R7’s but much better quality and cheaper, we spent ages looking for the right profile and these really are the best for the cost).
I’m sure that there are other great window companies around but for half dozen houses we have done up over 30 year these are the best we’ve found (so far).
