Three days from order to delivery, best price I could find anywhere on the net. Previously ordered this caravan step from other well known supplier and after a month it had still not arrived and I was told it would be another ten days so I cancelled my order and found Outdoor World and so pleased I did.
I was told a delivery date and on that day I received a text from the delivery driver telling me the approximate time I could expect him to arrive. His timing was spot-on meaning I did not have to wait in all day.
For me I will always go to Outdoor World first in the future

I'd been looking for a tie out stake last year and saved this one in my favourites. I stumbled across it again when I decided I really did need one and was delighted when it arrived so quickly. It's a very sturdy one for the price and exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this seller

found this company excellent in all departments. goods were delivered at the time advised by e.mail and when one item was unavailable we were offered a more expensive alternative at no extra cost so that we would have the item we needed in time for our caravan trip. will definitely be using them again in future and have already recommended them to friends with caravans

Fantastic site, my order arrived within two days of placing order on line on an economy delivery which could take up to seven working days. Very good quality sleeping bag & windbreak,will defiantly use this site again :)

Outdoor World is very competitive on price and offer a range of delivery options. When the product which I ordered was found to be damaged in the warehouse, I was contacted immediately and offered a refund or a discount if prepared to wait a few days for new stock - by way of compensation. I was very happy with the way the problem was dealt with and I received my order soon afterwards. The carrier they use also sent me a text giving me the hour within which it would be delivered with options if I was not at home. An excellent experience all round - highly recommended. Will certainly buy from them again.

Ordered on the 19th and received by 23rd.Everything I wanted and all good quality and well packaged.Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.Prices are better than a lot of other "cheap" sites and delivery cost less as well so all in all a great place to get my caravan parts from.

We ordered a tent from Outdoor world and paid the £10 next day delivery charge. The tent was mistakenly delivered to the Depot at Outdoor world rather than to our home.
This was duly corrected and we waited in on Saturday as we had booked to go camping Saturday PM in our new tent. This wasn't delivered.
There was seemingly an error which was resolved and following chatting with Andy, this was duly rectified with me remaining a happy customer.
This, I believe was a one off and would not stop me ordering products here in the future

I ordered a ground sheet via Outdoor Worlds Ebay site but mistakenly forgot to send payment. Realising the day before we went on our first camping expedition I contacted the company and they were able to not only cancel my original order without hassle but via their own site, re-order the exact item I needed and deliver it next day.

They were so helpful and so reasonably priced I have since made other purchases from them and know they will be my first port of call for any of our camping needs.
