I ordered a camping kitchen and needed it quite urgently so I requested express delivery and paid £7.99. 3 days passed and my package had not been delivered. now 2 days away from my trip I called your customer service desk who advised that the deliverly of the product i ordered would not actually be in until the following week. I ordered another kitchen which was more expensive so had to pay the difference but luckily this was delivered the day before our trip. The lady I spoke to on the service desk was very apologetic and helpful but it would have been nice to have been advised of the delay prior to me having to ring.

I rang up asking about the availability of a tent, the woman on the phone was really helpful, and organised for it to be picked up that day.

I ordered 7 items online from outdoor world, and quickly received a phonecall from a friendly and extremely helpful sales advisor informing that 2 of the items were un available. She offered me alternative products (both higher in price) at no extra charge! The items were delivered the next day, by dpd, who sent me a text telling me when to expect the delivery. All in all, an excellent experience from outdoor world - their products were very competitively priced, and the service they provided shows they value their customers. Thank you Outdoor World!

The product arrived on time and exactly as specified ... no complaints and no hesitation in recommending.

I ordered the items friday night and it was delivered on the Tuesday, brilliant service. Website was easy to use. Items were good quality as described and packaged well. Prices were perfect and I liked how you could buy 2 for a cheaper price, also got 10% off so all in all a bargain!

Bought this Aztec Caymen 3 shelf folding storage unit from Outdoor World as it was a fantastic price and I had already had perfect service and a great value when buying from them recently. I opted for the 5 day delivery option and it arrived well inside the timescale. Well packaged, item undamaged, and exactly as described on the website write up. Great value and quality - it is identical to the Outwell version but was less than half the price. Very quick and easy to assemble, and a very sturdy and invaluable item in the tent. A great little purchase I would not now be without. Can't fault the item, it's value, delivery or the seller, Outdoor World. I have already recommended them to my camping friends. Buy with confidence and grab yourself some great savings in the process :-)

After looking on the internet I phoned the company with a query. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful - in fact her input was directly responsible for me purchasing. I was impressed with her willingness to go & inspect the product directly not just read something off a computer. She was also very friendly. The products were delivered quickly thereafter. I am very satisfied. The company has a well organized site, the products are clearly presented with suggestive images and texts. The payment with Romanian card was executed smoothly. You could implement a payment solution via PayPal but payment by credit card is OK. Product delivered promptly at a good price. Many products benefit from discounts which is a good thing for buyers. Great communication through automatic confirmation emails  from the company. In the future when I will want to buy outdoor equipment I will check your site among the top. Thank you.

brilliant service great product.

Having ordered sufficient to be eligible for free delivery I sat back expecting a delivery in a week or so. Two days later my goods were in transit. I then received regular emails updating its status and progress, even when it was out for delivery with my allotteted time I still had the option to rearrange delivery or have it delivered to an alternative address. Service doesn't get better than this.

All items are just what you need to get started and they are all excellent quality.

I ordered wedensday, got a mail on thursday that the tent was sent and recieved it in Denmark friday.

Great service I would use over and over.

Package was dispatched within a day and the delivery was the best experience ever from an online retailer. They send you an email and SMS message on the day of delivery giving you various options from "leave with a neighbour" to "rearrange delivery for another day". They also give you a 1 hour time slot that it will be delivered and you can track your driver on a map! Better than Amazon!

The tent itself proved to be good value. Stood up against wind and rain in the Scottish highlands, Only issue might be that it is quite short so for taller people there really isn't a lot of space.

Ordered tent and airbed for next day delivery. Received confirmation that order had been dispatched and approximate time of next day delivery (2-3pm) that evening. Next morning at 10am received email saying 1 of the 2 items was out of stock. It would have been useful to have been told this the previous day so I could have ordered an alternative or had extra time to order from somewhere else. Anyway, the tent, which was the most important item arrived on time an well packed. Refund for second item refunded immediately. Despite this I would definitely use Outdoor World again.
