Used outdoor world for bits for my caravan were brill

I ordered a two man tent for a festival, there was a slight hiccup in the fact that there was a delay because they had sold out. But when I rang customer services they were incredibly helpful and sent me out an upgraded 3 man tent free of charge which arrived the next day. I was very impressed by the service and the free upgrade/compensation. I will definately order from them again.

I ordered my seat from outdoor world and it was delivered right on time as they promised. I now sit and enjoy the outdoor events in comfort will use them again in the future.I find I it so easy to erect and easy to carry.

I've just bought some new caravan steps as our old one has just worn out after 20 years of use. They arrived minus the rubber feet. When I phoned Outdoor World, they couldn't have been more helpful, and they arrived in the post two days later. Would definitely use them again.

With the purchase of another item to take the amount to over £ 50.00this then qualified for free delivery. Delivery took about 5 days and the courier e-mailed the morning of delivery to give approx time.

Outdoor world is straight forward clear and easy to shop with. Great communication and excellent prices. Will definately be using them again.

Really good tent it only took 15 minutes to put up. Hell it was a different matter taking it down and packing it away. How come you can never pack it away the way it was delivered, it took me a good 45 minutes to get it in that little bag. It might have been better if I hadn't been on my own. It absolutely Pissed down through the night so much so I thought if it's going to leak tonight's the night, not a drop entered the tent I am very impressed and satisfied with my purchase.

I was a bit wary as I do not usually buy on the internet but was pleased with the e mail confirming the items and that the items had been dispatched. When the items were delivered they were well packaged and we found the description spot on, especially as we had seen the same items in a caravan and camping shop and knew all about it.
