I.ve been to most outside pursuit outlets over the years.& found outdoor world to be knowledgable & interested in what the customer wanted.& extremely pleasant.not rushing you to make a decision on any purchase.i collected my tent from the store.& was helped by staff to put all my purchases into my car thank you to all the staff at outdoor world.

My order came within a week however nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting on 1 item which was needed by now,and I have been charged for,no explanation either!

Miss the store but ordered online and picked up from warehouse. Only thing is I paid £13 online for product and when I picked it up it had a label on for £7!

Goods were as described on the web (in fact they were better!) and even on the standard delivery still arrived in good time.

After reading excellent reviews about the baby sleeping bag I wanted for my daughter, I saw it on outdoor world for the cheapest I could find it anywhere.

We needed a groundsheet for quickly for a camping trip. There is no footprint available for out tent but outdoor world had a groundsheet the correct size. It was delivered very quickly and provided us the ground cover we needed.

Bought Hi Tec boots in a deal of the day, made up with them, picked them up in person from Taurus park in Warrington, the guy who served me from the warehouse was sound, cheery and good natured. Good all round !!!
