Excellenct!

I puchased around ten servers on OVHCloud. Although at first there were some troubles when I tried to change my demands, Darren from OVH Singapore team really help me a lot. I have tons of questions and he solved one by one with infinite patience. I'll definitely recommend you to choose OVHCloud if you are seeking a economical and high performance dedicated server. Besides, its network quaility is also excellenct. But here are some points that can be improved: the awful ticket system that can't upload image, as well as the server delivery time.

I had a wonderful experience with OVH…

I had a wonderful experience with OVH support team. I can’t find the right specification I want on there website. Darren from the sales team help me throughout the whole process. He is very helpful and patience with all my query. Overall I will recommend OVH. Great company with great employee.

Terrible Experience

I have a dedicated server starting from March, at the end of the dedicated server, the service does not want to be renewed using a prepaid balance I don't know why when I try to renew my prepaid balance it doesn't even decrease my prepaid balance and my dedicated status is suspended. So from that I decided to buy a VPS hurriedly and it was around $ 71 and the purchase was successful using the prepaid balance, and I have the remaining prepaid around $ 24.01 then I also decided to delete Dedicated service from the manager and I think clearly there is no problem whatsoever. But when April 2, 2021, I got charged and all my prepaid balance ran out. I HOPE CAN BE REFUND.

Terrible experience

Do not purchase any service with OVH, we had a terrible experience. We signed up for hosting a domain name which was going to be transferred over to us and that is where the nightmare began. Firstly little to no response from customer service. Once we did get through to them they responded and said that as the transfer was from another OVH account they could not complete the transfer! As we had no longer the need for the service given this was the case they refused to even consider a refund. We regret signing up in the first place and have lost money in the process.

This is the worst company I have ever work with

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. As soon as I paid for the VPS, they stopped responding to me, and they didn't respond for a week. Do not use any services of this company, they have a very low level of support service, and they also immediately offered me to pay in order to receive answers to my requests faster. If you do not pay for the support services, even for general questions you will wait a week for an answer, as it was in my case — it's disgusting. Moreover, they did not provide the VPS to me at all and refuse to refund, ignoring all messages, but I will inform PayPal and I ask everyone to ignore this company. I really hope that my review will help you avoid these scammers. Also check out on Trustpilot the reviews for their company in general, not just the Australian branch, they have a huge amount of complaints.

Great service and helpful staff

Reasonable infrastructure at the pricing. Technical support needs to improve its support servicing. Excellent sales experience with Darren. Commendable and very professional. Went out of the way and scope to ensure service deliverables, once even responded to query late in the night.

Companies that waste people's time

So bad, I asked for a refund on a dedicated server and they couldn't even return my money to my bank and it was returned to a prepaid balance which I found useless, I have repeatedly contacted support to withdraw the prepaid balance to the bank and there hasn't been a reply for several months since August. This hosting is a waste of time and is a scam, I just hope my money is returned.

Additional Disks option issue

I tried their 50GB Additional disks, and it cannot be cancelled. They charged me $8 for the 2nd month, I create a ticket to cancel it and asked for a refund, after 5 days now, they still not responding!

They provide me an API link to remove the option today, and the option is deleted now, so I changed the Rate from 1 to 3 stars. If they refund me, I will give them 5 stars.

I order a vps from public cloud, i delete it and ovh continue tax me for nothing :))

Also, if you are from Australia/NZ, I invite you to create your account next time on our local website www.ovhcloud.com/en-au to be billed in AUD instead of EUR.
