Excellent Service
The service with OVH as a whole has been excellent, the sales/support experience with OVH Australia has been great; services are highly reliable and affordably priced. Only ever had minor issues with the billing system (but that's a wider OVH issue which is being worked on) but OVH Australia has been amazing - went out of their way to meet my requests within an reasonable time period and are very friendly.
I would definitely recommend OVH to anyone especially for the price they offer servers at. Thank you.

Real scumbags
Real scumbags. I ordered a server, it took 27 hours to set up (they say 120 secs), Requested a cancellation and refund, they told me they couldn't refund as it was outside 24 hours.
Paypal stepped in and processed it, and OVH helped themselves to more of my money the same day - outside of billing agreement terms.
DO NOT SIGN UP. You will regret it.

Stay away
The billing system is a joke. I have had servers with them for my company and some of them are 50% slower with exactly the same configuration. The have charged double payments and the costumer support does not answer the phone. Now I need to migrate lots of machines to a decent provider.

With over 18+ years in the hosting business, OVH would be the very worst that I have ever encountered.
Forget using the support ticketing system or the long delays reaching telephone support, only the phone number is Australian.
And as for their documentation, it is hopeless.
I believe if you looked at other reviews for OVH (ovh.com for example) you would quickly come to the opinion that the two reviews for ovh.com.au that proceeded this review are FAKE!
I think OVH Australian site needs to be studied by ACCC.
