Great service
We've used Pack and Send twice to send delicate pottery items to America. On both occasions the items have been collected promptly for packing and Chantelle has been fantastic at providing a quote and tracking information. We have complete peace of mind that the items are going to arrive safely and we've had very positive feedback from clients. 10/10 service for international removals
10/10 service. David at Pack&Send handled my removals from the UK to Spain and made the entire process easy and stress free - arranging removers to collect all my things, packing those up (including wrapping various large paintings to avoid damage in transit), and then dealing with all of the international transit and customs forms. The company at Romford performed great, very helpful and collected the next day. Unfortunately chose UPS as the courier who were originally due to deliver on Friday, then Monday and finally got the package Tuesday. Interaction with Pack and Send was great and would highly recommend but avoid UPS if at all possible

Epic Art transit
This was an epic trans-Atlantic art purchase for me. So, very particular about how it was shipped. This was my first experience with Pack & Send and it was stellar. They provided a custom built wooden crate with size conforming foam and cardboard that kept the pieces from shifting during transit. UK to Northern Michigan in seven days. Amazing. Insurance and shipping costs are reasonable for the global market challenges. I would definitely go this route again with confidence.
