We used the Meet & Greet at Manchester Airport. Every was really helpful & patient even at the unearthly hour of 2.30 am. We checked in the car & collected it 2 weeks later. Once again the service was excellent. I recommend this service unreservedly.

good car park
We were originally booked into jetpark 3 at Manchester airport, we received an email well in advance of our travel date to say that this particular car park would be closed and we had been booked into the long stay multi-storey car park at T2. The email was complete with good directions. The carpark itself was clean, well lit and the bays where big enough. There was a lift to the ground floor, you do have to walk a little way to the terminal but it wasn’t a problem. If you weren’t flying from T2 then there was a free shuttle bus that runs to T1and T3 every 15minutes.

Very good but some delays this time
Used this service many times and usually excellent. This time was a little disappointed on return as our car wasn’t ready.. was still on it’s way back to the airport..also our flight/baggage collection was late.. so we arrived 40 minutes after scheduled pick up time anyway. We waited about another 15 minutes. Staff apologised and explained the cold weather/frost had caused some delays. It was a bit disappointing this was not factored in.. as the cold snap was forecast. Overall still a good service.
Brilliant service
Really pleased with the service, our car wouldn’t start up After sitting in the cold for 2 wks. A shuttle bus driver stopped and told us we get a jump start free of charge which is excellent and peace of mind.
We waited about 30mins and someone came along and we were soon on route home.

Sharston Park Manchester
We used the Sharston park near Manchester airport, it was just a quick efficient service with friendly and helpful staff in both directions, not sure if the transfer bus was already waiting for us but we sent the text to confirm our arrival back at Terminal 2 and the bus was waiting for us so no waiting in the cold. We will use the service again.
Car controls interfered with
The cost was reasonable and the drop-off was ok. I was surprised that no check was done on the car and mileage noted. On return I was disgusted. Cars being checked at the same place as pick up - confusion reigned. Nobody helped with luggage or indicated where the car was. The man says, "there are only three rows." In the car my seat position was changed. The radio was changed and set to some Rap Music programme. Leave my radio alone please. The SatNav was changed from 3D with North to the top to 2d with North to the left. Many previous destinations had been deleted. (I wonder why?) Keep your hands off my private SatNav please. Never again.

Really bad experience booked for one…
Really bad experience booked for one night stay in hotel plus 13 days parking all paid for before I left the Uk, came back on the 11 th November late then was forced to pay another £258 to remove my car from BCP parking extremely upset as I could not speak to anyone & was forced to pay, have tried on many times to contact BCP & have had no reply

We parked our car at Best Western…
We parked our car at Best Western Horley and also had a room overnight before our flight. We then picked up our car 8 days later after using the hotels shuttle bus from the airport.
We have stayed in Best Western in the past and have had no problems what so ever. They provide a good service and we thoroughly recommend them.

Always use jet parks
Always use jet parks, but when we returned at the weekend, we stood and waited in the rain for about 30mins for a bus. We were told by another bus driver jet park 3 was closed and go to street cars, they will sort you out. We went to street cars and they took us as far as the barriers as they said they wouldn't get through. So we had to walk the rest of the way. A bit dissatisfied as we usually have no problem. Could have done with a txt or even a poster at the bus stop. Not how you want to end your holiday 🙁
The drop off service was great, collection could be improved.
The drop off service was great. Easy to find and a thorough hand over. Coming back to collect wasn’t as easy. Had to ask twice where the car was parked and bit of a trek with a trolley full of cases. No one came back to the car with us. The same area was being used for drop off so quite busy. We were only given 10 minutes to leave the car park - there was a queue and we had to load our luggage. That said, the price of parking combined with an overnight hotel stay was good value.

Fab car park service
Booked on jet parks but got upgraded to multi story for no extra cost so was excellent and a lot closer to the terminal

Will not use BCP again
Will not use BCP again. I booked IMAGINE LIVERPOOL car park through BCP.
My car, which I thought was left in the secure indoor unit was driven whilst I was away.
It had been driven to Garston 2.5 miles away and back.
My onboard pc calculated that the mpg was 24 miles per gallon. My average mpg is over 50.. So it must has been driven very fast.
Rude staff, cowboy joint. Read the reviews before booking.
