Easy and reliable
Both departure and arrival were so easy and all the worry and anticipation of delay disappeared. We dropped the car in Luton airport Multi storey car park,attendants on site, no waiting for them and when we returned, we were delayed both with the flight and my luggage that was lost and eventually found. When we got to the car park,the attendants were brilliant, reassuring and with a great sense of humour. Excellent!

Luton airport mid term parking
Good parking at mid term Luton airport but not always easy to find an empty space as the direction to drive around is not clear. Very easy to catch the bus to the terminal, although you sometimes have to wait longer than the time they state. On exiting the car park we have found that 9 times out of 10 our ticket doesn't work in the machine to lift the barrier and we have to ring for assistance, not a big thing but annoying! Would still recommend mid term parking here.

Highly recommended
Great service, great cost. Easy to park and then just jump on the bus for a 2 minute ride to the airport. When you return, the bus stop is right outside of the terminal. Just give them a ring and they will be along to pick you up.
Fantastic service, this is our 4th year in a row using them. Highly recommended

Ease of parking great, but costly telephone conversation
Never have had any issues with the parking, my only issue is the premium telephone number you have, I needed to change something as I had made a error on my booking, the phone call to correct it was quite expensive, a long wait for an answer didn’t help.

having used T2 Meet and greet at Manchester previously, I initially thought it would be the same set up as 2 years ago, however, location and changes in technology has both improved and set back this service. The location as got a little less accessible, the car scanning technology means that there is no question if any damage happens to your car whilst in their possession. was surprised upon collection that the car had been parked in an outside parking bay (raining) when a load of space was available in the same collection row under cover?

No stars, worst experience ever in a pre book car park.
Arrived at Liverpool to be told could not find booking but let us in and told us to sort on our return. Got back to Liverpool went to car park office to be told they did not have my booking, finally found it with reference but said this is a common fault with BCP not sending our car reg to the cameras. WILL never use again

Use this car park at your peril !!!
If there was no stars then I would award that .
The car park where my car was situated was flooded ( not for the first time )).
The phone for the BCP Prestwick airport was taken off the hook for three days , very professional .
I phoned the Kent number who couldn’t get through either but was assured that because I had an SUV that it should be okay without knowing where my car was parked .
How difficult would it have been to contact the owners via their registration numbers prior to getting back ????

Used Manchester T2 long stay
Used Manchester T2 long stay. Had difficulty getting entry as car before us waited too long to enter which caused barriers to then come down on us not letting us in.
Then on the return home we then couldn’t get out of the car park either, had to call for assistance. Maybe something that needs to be addressed as people will always dawdle and cause the person behind problems.
