Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The car park is very close to the terminal. We will definitely use this car park again.

Car park 2 at Prestwick was very handy to the terminal, easy access and exit. Very happy and would use again!

parking at car park 2 is excellent, very close to terminal no need for a shuttle bus at all.

Excellent service, couldn't have been easier and the staff are really helpful. Used this service twice now and both times the same. The bus driver helps you on with your cases too. The bus was waiting when we came back. We were first on but didn't have to wait long before we set off. No long walk to collect your car or drop off. This system is faultless.

Very easy to find and straightforward to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The drop off is only a couple of minutes walk from the departures building. Highly recommended!

Early morning parking found it very easy and leaving was the best we have ever had.

Everything went according to plan. Easy to book and easy to park.

We have used you in the past with no problems at all. Firstly we had no problem in dropping off the car, staff very polite and all went smoothly as per usual. When we returned the staff were not as helpful, the kiosk now near to Greggs was difficult to find with the hustle and bustle of the airport and the crowded area. I handed my ticket to the guy behind the counter and he told us we were on the 13th floor and in the BLUE zone and gave us a card saying this. No directions actually how to get to the car park so had to queue again to ask as we had no idea where this was as it had all changed since we used you at Christmas. The queue at the lifts was huge and was a long wait and chaotic to say the least. We found the area of the carpark we had been directed too but our car was nowhere to be found!!!! We spent a considerable amount of time searching the car park looking for our vehicle, with our disabled daughter having to accompany us and eventually found it at the furthest end against the wall in the red zone!!!! There were no staff members available to give us assistance and the only alternative was to fight our way back down 13 floors to arrivals, the whole thing was a nightmare and I would have to seriously consider using this company again, the one thing it most certainly was not, was a Meet and Greet as it advertises itself. Once we found the car we then went onto experience difficuIties getting the barrier open to leave the car park as nobody would answer the tanoy system. Not the service you would expect and certainly not after a very long journey home.

Really easy to book and confirm online. Arrival at the airport is quick, and problem free. Safe and secure sight. Used this many times and rate it very highly. Thank you. Great service.

easy to book and enter, instructions very clear for arrival and departure..BUT.. was held up from exiting because the machine wanted an unpaid bill of almost £500.00 !! reversed and entered the information centre, the staff, one was in training the other knew exactly what to do and sorted the problem which was the entry card was only showing 5 of 6 digits of my registration.

Just parked with them for a fortnight and came back to find drivers side window with polythene on, thought we had s Broken window. No we had left the window down and they had covered it for us. So grateful, can’t thank them enough. Definitely use again.

Nice easy place to find staff nice and pleasant knowing that your car is locked up in a compound puts your mind at ease, the only thing I learned that was to leave a little bit more time as the bus driver was waiting for people to fill up the bus, but yes would definitely use them again.
