Fake IG followers, Defensive staff
While the staff appears knowledgeable, there is room for improvement in their customer service. It's evident that English might not be their first language, leading to some blunt and defensive responses. When inquiring about more affordable treatments, they started becoming defensive by justifying the cost of the treatments. Consultations should foster an environment for questions and exploration of treatment options within various budgets and unfortunately I did not feel this way.
They use solely Trustpilot and Topdoctors reviews which is very odd. They do not use Google reviews at all, which in this day and age is just weird. I had a look at their Instagram and discovered a large portion of their followers are likely FAKE. No Google Reviews + Fake followers is just alarm bells ringing for me. Definitely will not go ahead due to the dodginess of this place.

To address each of your concerns:
1. Although I (Dr Tracy) and my Personal Assistant (Scarlett) do not speak English as a first language, we are able to express ourselves fluently and clearly during each face-to-face encounter, and the feedback from our real patients has always been positive. We do have staff who speak English as their first language if you call in or email for a chat, which I highly suggest you try out to improve your language experience.
2. For affordable treatments, please provide us with more information about your concerns so that we can help you find the best options. As we cannot identify your specific concern from this TrustPilot review, we are not sure which options you have been offered.
3. The reason we do not use Google reviews is that we are still working on opening it. As a medical service, Google has many rules about the description of the business before it can be displayed on its review page. As a small business, our priority is always to provide the best clinic services, so the back-end work, such as opening Google reviews, is delayed by our busy clinic hours. Please be reassured that we are not avoiding it for any unjustified reason. TrustPilot and TopDoctors are very good certified review platforms, and they work constantly to target unauthentic reviews so you can trust that all feedback on here is real.
4. About Instagram: We cannot control who follows our Instagram page and have no knowledge of which followers are "FAKE." We would love to learn from you how to identify " FAKE" followers.
To sum up, we are deeply sorry that our online presence has not met your expectations. We would love to know if you have had experience coming to our clinic rooms and speaking to me (Dr Tracy), as we are unable to find you as a patient in our system. We will welcome you anytime should you wish to be physically present at the clinic and have a true feel of our services.

I recently had my follow up treatment…
I recently had my follow up treatment and am extremely pleased with the results. Dr Tracey gave me realistic expectations of my treatment results and everything was fully explained to me. I didn't feel rushed into anything and I was offered a robust aftercare package. Being able to contact the team on WhatsApp made it feel more accessible too. All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome and would happily go to Dr Tracey again.
