I absolutely love going back to Dr Tracy because she always sets up the best plan of action for me. Great aesthetics doctors know that you need to look refreshed and I really don’t like the "you’ve done something” look. She prefers to err on the side of caution and I’m much in favour of it. I’d rather go back ten times than overdo it and be regretful. We have structured my face well, now we're just maintaining it! Really happy with it all!

Double eye lid surgery failed
Double eye lid surgery failed. When asked what Peonia would do to redeem the failure, their assistant said Doctor Tracey asked if I could afford the fees. I was like what fees? You didn’t do the surgery successfully. Side note, I paid £4.2k for the failed surgery. And they expect me to pay more when they didn’t fix my eyelids. 🙄

You attended Peonia Medical as a complex revision case, having already undergone multiple previous double eyelid surgeries elsewhere. Revision eyelid surgery is fundamentally different from primary surgery and cannot guarantee perfect or permanent results, as outcomes are highly dependent on the patient’s pre-existing anatomy, tissue quality, and scarring.
Dr Tracy Xu’s revision surgery addressed several long-standing issues caused by prior procedures, and a double eyelid crease was achieved and maintained for a significant period of time. Any later change relates to underlying tissue limitations and natural scar remodelling, which are not fully controllable in revision cases and were discussed in advance.
Peonia Medical has continued to offer clear communication and appropriate revision options. Further procedures, if chosen, are considered additional treatment and require new planning and resources, which is standard medical practice.
We encourage you to continue communicating directly with our patient care team, who remain attentive and available to discuss next steps in a careful and responsible manner.

I had a pleasent experience with the team at Peonia Medical. I had a really fantastic experience with Dr Tracy for some anti-wrinkle injections. As a guy who has never done anything like this before so I was a bit nervous. She was extremely professional, kind, patient, and explained everything in a lot of detail and helped put my mind at ease. She was never pushy, and always let everything be my own decision. The result is extremely effective and also very natural and I couldn’t be happier. The after care is really amazing too, with Scarlett checking in on how I’m feeling, providing info and arranging follow ups. Highly recommended overall

Definitely recommend this clinic
I attended the clinic for the first time (although I had seen Dr Tracy before elsewhere) I was very impressed with the set up. Staff were friendly and my treatment was thoroughly discussed with me and options given.
My treatment was carried out efficiently and it was explained to me that if I had any concerns about after care not to hesitate to contact them. Very reassuring.
Overall, a very professional organisation offering excellent advice.
