Excellent service throughout. Pigeon proofing solar panels was initially explained in detail. Installation on the agreed date was expertly carried out with no problem at all. I thoroughly recommend the service of this company.

John came out twice to deal with our rodent problem in Deal. The day after he had left traps in the loft our unwanted visitor was dispatched, He stayed in touch by text and 'phone between the visits and was excellent at supporting us. He was thoroughly professional, cheerful and explained clearly what we needed to do and why. We cannot commend him highly enough.
IF we were to have a return of the rodent, we would have no hesitation in calling in Pest Professionals and John Smith.

We have had our solar panels bird proofed recently by Pest Professionals/ British Bird Control, having had pigeons roosting under the panels. They have done an excellent job, removed all debris and cleaned the guttering before installing the wire mesh protection around the panels to prevent further problems with birds, etc.
The team, led by Paul were punctual, polite, friendly and worked hard to get the job done to a high standard on time, giving us total satisfaction and peace of mind regarding the work done, and the knowledge that the problem has been solved. 5 star service!

The team arrived at the time they had arranged (slightly early) were polite and friendly and immediately got on with the job. They moved some items to help them gain better access and moved them back afterwards. The job looks clean and is exactly what was promised.

Very happy I chose this company, Mark sprayed insecticide through the outside of my wall vent to kill the wasps, then returned after a couple of weeks to very capably remove the large nest which was entirely filling the cavity with the minimum of fuss and mess. Then attached fine wire mesh to the outside of both wall vents with silicone to prevent bees or wasps taking up residence again in future. Great service, would highly recommend.

Repeat visit after 18 moths from John Smith excellent communication and explanation of each stage. Very high quality of service for reasonable price. After horror having rats nest in the kitchen walls thanks for Pest Professionals all of this is distant history now. Definitely will use this service again and Highly recommending!

Their service was so good I just had to comment. Colin was very friendly and helpful regarding my solar panel pigeon problem. He gave me a very good quote immediately and we arranged a date. It seemed too easy. They had to re-arrange the date but the secretaries were again very pleasant. Ryan and Mark visited me. Again they were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. I hope this firm continues with it's re-assuring service.

Expert advice and flea problem dealt with efficiently and within one visit - I can’t recommend enough! I only wish I had gone to them first as we had multiple visits from another company with no resolution to ongoing fleas. One phone call & one visit with pest professionals & fully resolved. Thank you for a first class service! From dealing with the front office (who sent out confirmation text messages) right through to the follow up call from the technician to who treated the issue, to check that all was well. Pest Professionals do exactly what they claim - it was so nice to hear someone say "I will call you back sir" and then actually do it rather than you having to wait weeks for a call back, or end up ringing back yourself. Very thorough, very professional and very knowledgeable about the particular pest issue I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish over two visits. Initially to determine the problem and take action. Then 10 days later to check the problem was resolved, which it had been. A fast, efficient and friendly service throughout. Would happily recommend.
