Really excellent service, work done to a professional standard, beams treated and all rubble removed and skipped and cellar left in a really clean state. We are delighted with the work done.

Excellent from start to finish; surveyor very knowledgable, felt confident in his advice and the necessity for carrying out the recommended work. Given two options and, without any pressure, decided to opt for the most extensive and therefore more costly option. Work carried out on time, in a professional, tidy and efficient way. Back office staff complimented this attitude and approach. Can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone else having the misfortune to have a woodboring infestation.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They explained exactly what was needed to get on top of a rodent problem and managed to book me in really quickly. I haven't seen any signs of a rodent since their operative came out.

I had not dealt with Pest Professionals before, but when I called them they were very friendly and knowledgeable about my wasp issue under the floorboards. They quoted a very good price to rid my home of the wasps, so I booked an appointment. A Pest Professional agent called Dave visited my home and set about exterminating the wasps. Dave was very friendly and could not be more helpful when I asked him questions about the process. Dave explained why the wasps choose to build a nest in my home using airbricks as an entrance and Dave explained the steps he would take to eradicate them. After he finished he then climbed into my attic to check for wasp activity there but no activity was found. I felt very reassured by Dave's knowledge, professional manner and explanations and I would not hesitate to use Pest Professionals again if the need arose.

I had tried to book pest professionals for a pigeon problem I am experiencing. I sent them photos was in good communication about what was required/they could offer. They then arranged a sit visit. Didn't show up. Never called to let me know. And when I got in touch to ask if they were coming didn't even respond.
If this is their service before doing the job I'd hate to see what job is like.
Not impressed

Really impressed with this company. I keep chickens and have had rats in the garden on and off for a while. But this winter the problem got really bad and when they got into my attic that was enough for me. The lady who initially spoke to me was a gem. I got a call back from a very knowledgable chap who talked me through everything patiently. The pest controller Gary was great. It took three visits but within a week I noticed a big difference and I haven't seen a rat inside or out for three weeks now.

They will tell you exactly what they going to do. And that is it. No more insects.

Had problem with mice this is the 3rd company I've used and they were the only ones who found the root of the problem. They weren't after my money they genuinely wanted to help and were also very professional.

I was horrified after hearing noises in my walls to find rat droppings in my kitchen talk about panic stations!! Pest Professionals were the fourth company i called after being almost as horrified by the price everyone was quoting. They calmed me down, came out the same day and did what they do in the kitchen and loft and two weeks later after three visits the problem is gone so just want to say thanks

Polite, professionals, informative, much better value than some of the other firms I got quotes from, and ON TIME!

Have had one or two problems with pest controllers in the past. Have a couple of properties I rent out and one of them developed a really quite bad problem with rodents. First of all the advice they gave was great. When I booked them they came out the same day and carried out a three step treatment over three weeks and proofed the property against them returning. Good job, good value, polite and knowledgable.
