DO NOT USE PA
Just wrote a huge review about my terrible experience with PA and my computer frozen and lost it.
I can't be bothered wasting any more time on this horrendously run business so in short...
DO NOT USE PA, 0 customer service. not willing to help when an issue with their own service. Not advertised on group on correctly compared to the deal they are offering in salon.
Will never ever use again.
Having to wait 28 days for a refund for an appointment THEY CANCELLED! would give 0 stars if i could.
Will be informing trading standards as their business practice is unbelievably poor.
Excellent service
Thank you guyss
PLEASE DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD…
PLEASE DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH BY USING THIS COMPANY!
I too have had an awful experience! And haven't even had my first session that was due this month and then moved to April and then received email changing date again, like I'm sitting here waiting for them! First excuse was the laser broke down and then the laser will not be at my selected branch. Poor excuses!
If you had the offer through Groupon contact them and tell them your experience and request a full refund.
Contact Citizen's Advice informing them of your full experience.
Contact WatchDog about this shoddy business and hopefully with enough complaints they will investigate them.
Good Luck!
THIS IS A RESPONSE I RECEIVED FROM PIERRE ALEXANDRE VIA TEXT MESSAGE

Had a good time
I have been trying to have my second…
I have been trying to have my second appointment for my upper leg laser removal in Leeds for the last 4 months. They have cancelled me 4 sessions and taken into account that I am not from Leeds, which means that I have to book trains, they have not offered me a solution for the troubles caused. I am still waiting to have my next session and for a compensation for all the lost trains, money and time.
My experience has been with Alexander Pierre Aesthetics is when it looks too good to be true, that's because it is!
My experience has been with the Aesthetics arm of the business and it's been a shambles from day one. Offering package deals that are too good to be true. You definitely get what you pay for, shockingly poor customer service. They send you text messages to inform you that they've had to cancel your appointment but they do not call you to reschedule and you cannot get in contact with them over the phone. They take weeks to respond to emails, and that's if they respond at all. I've got two packages running concurrently with them and fed up of trying to get through to them. Their front line staff may be polite but their whole set-up is a shambles, so hungry to acquire new business by promoting various pacakges but don't have the infrastructure to support it.
I'm left questioning the training of their staff as I've been left with stripes on my face twice from their microdermabrasion and when i mentioned it to a staff member they told me that my skin may be sensitive on one side.
I purchased a package of 6 sessions of laser hair removal and a package of 6 months unlimited facial treatments as a Black Friday offer. On 22nd Jan, i turned up for a laser session, as the technician was about to start i realised that i could feel hair that needed to be removed even though it wasn't visible. This meant that they were unable to carry out the session. I asked about the status of the session as I wondered whether i would lose it (as it was pre-paid) and I was told I'd have to pay a £20 cancellation charge. I advised that I'd rather just lose the session than pay £20 for something that i'd already paid for as it wasn't exactly a cancellation, she said call customer services, which i did numerous times but couldn't get through, i also sent an email which they didn't respond to.
PAE then cancelled an appointment for my other package for a facial by text message saying that it needs to be rescheduled but did not contact me to reschedule. After numerous unanswered calls and emails to PA, i finally got through to someone, explained the situation and they said someone would call back. Someone called back a few days later, had to explain again and they said I'd have to email in the complaint, i said i was still waiting for a response to my email that I sent almost 4 weeks ago. I was basically told because of the cost of my package they believe that they are justified in charging me an additional £20 even though i was more than happy to forfeit the session, it was pre-paid and it was not a cancellation.
I've been more than reasonable with PA, their customer service has been poor from day one and as result I'm not interested in continuing any of my packages with them and i have 3 to 4 months worth of facial treatments left.
This is not about paying £20 either, it's about a company that has jumped on the beauty band wagon without the capacity to fulfil their customer service duties but happy to take peoples' money with shabby service. They even had the cheek to tell me that they have a 28 day response policy to emails - I was gobsmacked, they should be embarrassed to share that detail with customers.
AVOID!! One of the worst companies I have dealt with!!
AVOID!!!
Arrived at Leeds salon with my daughter for our appointments after both taking the afternoon off work travelling to Leeds and paid for parking get to the salon to be told some lame excuses no prior warning to to tell us appointments had been cancelled!!! The male receptionist gave us wrong contact details I have spent days calling/emailing eventually got through to someone who tried fobbing me off and also told us head office don’t take calls any complaints dealt with through email and can take weeks to respond!! Their head office can’t even get things right I have received a response stating I attended an appointment yet that was the day the appointment was booked over the phone so they think they can be paid for taking appointments!!! Seems like owners are hiding behind staff who are incapable of answering a phone!! Disgraceful seriously avoid !!!
I will be seeking legal advice/action against them if they don’t respond advice other unhappy customers to do the same!!!
Absolutely Ridiculous company
Absolutely Ridiculous company, I booked my laser treatment in November and since November I had only one session. They've cancelled my appointments on numerous occasions at last minute. They're not answering my calls, I completely feel what other clients are saying, they're only interested ibn money and not customer service, I have been calling and emailing to refund me my £145 and they're not responding. Every time I call to ask why they've cancelled my appointment they're like the clinician hasn't turned up and we're training a new one. Like I am sick to stomach as how incompetent this company is. I'm likely to escalate a complaint and take a legal action against them. I will be contacting an independent body called OFcom or Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) scheme. This company is shambles. Please don't go for their service otherwise you will go through as to what I have been going through.
Very unprofessional, do not come here
This place treats you like a mug. Do not book any appointments, waste of money and time. Very unprofessional.
I bought six sessions for legs for £50 and six sessions each for lower legs, armpits, face, Hollywood, and 3/4 arms, as there was an offer for all this for £400. I bought this in summer 18, and since then, I have only had one appointment in September. Two of my appointments have been delayed, and one was cancelled and no one informed me, until I arrived at the place after an hour of travel, and the place was closed as the staff called in sick. I contacted Headoffice, and they offered me a free microdermabrasion facial treatment. I then went to my appointment on the day, and again, it was cancelled, and no one told me. I have now contacted Headoffice again, for a full refund, and I am still waiting.
I attended your aesthetic salon yesterday
I attended your aesthetic salon yesterday as my appointment was booked in for hair removal as confirmed on text and what a disappointment that turned out to be.
When I arrived at the salon your receptionist Charlotte advised me I couldn’t go through with my session until I could prove I paid for this treatment back in July 2018. I felt like I was being treated like I was some sort of shallow thief/fraudster .My mobile app only goes back 4 months I couldn’t gain access to the statement and baring in mind no normal person walks around carrying a whole year of bank statements just for your convenience for a hair laser appointment .I then ask her to speak to management who wouldn’t speak to me.
I assured Charlotte I had paid in full . I advised her il email the statement over as soon as I gain access to them at home but she refused . I understand we all have rules and legislations to follow but this was a joke.
I have forwarded a statement to confirm payment but i feel as a customer absolutely disgusted at your service .To top it all off I tried to arrange another appointment so I could provide u with proof of purchase but even then Charlotte refused to book that in she said she wanted proof before booking next appointment.
If I had been notified of this issue before my appointment I would of provided you with a statement due to your company being so incompetent.
However after all that I have sent you an email and I look forward to your reply and I sincerely hope u can resolve this issue so no other customer has to Experience this kind of service ever again.
Regards
Mb
Worked for this company and can’t agree…
Worked for this company and can’t agree more with these bad reviews - company only interested in taking money and not customer service. Booking clients in for treatments that need to be done on a regular basis but knowing full well that it is impossible to rebook clients within time frame due to being so busy. Will happily cancel the clients appointment last minute but if it happens the other way round client will lose the session in terms of the laser treatments. Other treatments falsely advertised such as the facial peels - the ‘peel’ used is infact a facial mask that’s rubbed onto the skin - on one occasion water was used within this treatment instead of prep solution as they ran out. Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs. Also very convenient that most good reviews come from people that aren’t in the UK - are they genuine? I could go on and on but not worth the time.
TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE, I AM GOING THERE FOR LASER HAIR TREATMENT. WHEN I WENT THERE ON SEPTEMBER, THE LADY ASKED WHERE I AM FROM WHEN I ANSWERED ‘ISTANBUL’, SHE ‘ASSUMED’ THAT I WAS TANNED THERE EVEN THOUGH THE WEATHER WAS LIKE 16 DEGREES AND I WAS NOT TANNING. SHE TOLD ME SHE IS GOING TO CANCEL MY SESSION AND SHE WILL DEDUCT THIS SESSION FROM MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE SHE COULD HAVE TAKEN SOMEONE ELSE. NOW 3 WEEKS AGO, THEY CALLED ME TO CANCEL BECAUSE THE CLINICIAN DID NOT COME AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME ON THE SAME DAY TO ARRANGE A NEW SESSION. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS I KEEP ON EMAILING THEM AND CALLING THEM AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING. THEY TOLD ME THE EARLIEST THEY CAN BOOK ME IN WOULD BE END OF MARCH WHICH IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AFTER MY CANCELLED SESSION. TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE CLINICIANS.

First I went with my frnd to see how it's going then I realised it is damn good that my frnd had a nice hair cut
