This place is one of the biggest jokes I've ever been to in my life. Its mostly because of the monkeys that run it - they have stripped the staff in the branches of all power which makes communication absolutely appalling. I feel sorry for the staff that actually do the treatment. They are the ones that have to deal with the mess that the so called powers that be create.
I've had countless appointments cancelled without warning. One time I arrived and was told there was nothing on the system for me and was sent away (like I have nothing better to do). But the final straw was when I turned up, sat there for 15 minutes in an empty reception only for someone to pass by and say "oh all the appointments are cancelled". STOP SENDING APPOINTMENT REMINDERS IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT YOU STUPID PEOPLE!!!
Seriously... Don't waste your money. I've booked days off work for treatment then been sent away from appointment!! I'm still trying to my money back.
If you want a good place for Laser hair removal - go to VG medispa. Much better!!

AVOID at all cost!
I initially enquired about a wax and laser and felt pressured to book 6 sessions of laser if I book on that day she would match groupon price. I paid for a Hollywood which was 2 areas. I was under the impression this would be a Hollywood as defined in every other salon however to my dismair it was just the bikini and they wanted to me to pay extra for the remaining area which I refused. The area isn’t easy to find, no car park, it is above a hair salon, no wheelchair access. No privacy when discussing with receptionist. The room itself is cold, dusty, hair on floor, messy.

If you want to phone them you will be waiting ages as the phone is always engaged for over an hour I called to rearrange my appointment. She then wants to charge me £20 for missing my appointment when I have phoned over 30 times before my appointment time and phone line has been engaged. The cancellation fee has not been mentioned anywhere on confirmation email or text. No paperwork given apart from receipt which I had to request. Staff are rude and very unprofessional. I wish I knew this before I would not have booked it. AVOID!

I saw the laser hair removal deal on Groupon with Pierre Alexandre and called up to ask about adding an additional body area. They took my money over the phone, instead of going through Groupon and after about 2 or 3 phonecalls I eventually had a date for my first session and patch test. This was cancelled by the company and I was told that they cannot confirm dates - a very unnerving statement. I have requested a full refund several times via phone, email and in person at the Leeds building. They no longer respond to my emails or answer my calls and have not provided my refund of £165. This is of great concern to me and feels like a scam to have taken my money for no service. This has caused me a great deal of stress since January. My advice to everyone so would be to not trust your money with this company. All I want is my money back

Bought an offer via Groupon (which is still running by the way!) For 6 laser hair removal sessions. I had one. They then subsequently cancelled all other appointments that were made due to firstly “staffing issues” then “temporary closure”.
They are still stating to customers that treatments are non refundable and you can simply “go to our Manchester salon” (because of course Manchester and LEEDS are so close!?).
Thankfully after contacting Groupon with all the paper trail and evidence they are providing me with a refund.
Avoid like the plague.
Taking people’s money when they aren’t actually able to offer a service. Bad bad bad.

What a waste of time! So unprofessional and their method of contact is ridiculous!

Don't know where to begin. .

Bought a course of 3 microdermabrasions on wowcher (thought I would treat myself and give them a try)
The wowcher was very misleading to begin with. I had the impression that it would be 30 mins a session when in fact it was 15 mins a session. If I had known I wouldn't have bought it.
Got to my first appointment and the salon was locked, so I rang the main office up and no reply ( the appointment time that I got given was an hour before there official opening time) so I was waiting outside the leeds branch until someone came down to let me in, they said id missed my appointment and then tried charging me £20 even though I had arrived on time and it was their fault. I had go back later in the day for another time so that meant more hassle driving in to leeds parking for the second time that day just for 15 min facial.

For my second session I got to the salon and was greeted by a queue of clients waiting to get into the salon along with all the staff. None of the staff had the keys to open the salon so was waiting 40 mins outside until someone came to open the store. they apologised but they were still laughing thinking it was funny, not professional at all.

Third session, well that never happened.
Booked a session, the day before my appointment I got a text from the salon saying that my appointment was cancelled to staff illness (which I can understand- fair enough) so I re-arranged and the only time I could get was in another 4 weeks wait. so again, day before the re-arranged appointment I get another text saying my appointment was cancelled and to re-arrange AGAIN. I rang them up as they don't seem reply to emails and I was on the phone waiting for 30 mins. I eventually got through to someone and they said someone one ring me back to arrange another appointment ... no one ever rang me back, This was last week now!

I complained and all I got was a rubbish 'i'm sorry to hear that' everytime I complained.

Avoid avoid avoid. Don't give them your money!

It shouldn't be this stressful!

Been there a few times only for waxing. At first, it was ok. The service could be much better. In December, I booked my appointment for January as I was going on holidays and wanted to make sure I would get waxed in time. The morning of the appointment, they called me to cancel and told me that there is no way they could see me before I went on holiday unless I went to Birmingham. So, I went to another salon as I was flying the next day (paid more money). When I came back I tried to re-book but again nothing. After two months of trying to get in touch with someone (they do not pick up the phone and reply to email (if they do) after weeks), I decided to ask for a refund. And of course, I still have not got my money back. Shame on them, they offer the worst service I HAVE ever seen and they do not respect the customer.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

I really cannot understand how this business is still trading.

The people they have working here are incompetent, unprofessional and down right rude.

I have had 4 laser hair appointments cancelled via text last minute every time.

I have sent multiple emails and received no response.

Absolute disgrace of a company avoid at all costs !!

Shocking customer service, they don’t respond to emails, Facebook messaging and never answer the phone.

I boooed in with them for a simple eyebrow wax through Treatwell only to be told after they don’t do this anymore. Can’t refund my money as they ‘don’t have the power to do this’ and have no stopped responding to me when I try to challenge them as to why they can’t refund me for a service they failed to provide!

Ladies don’t waste your hard earned money or time, go to you local salon instead. Guaranteed you’ll get a better service!

So my mom got me a groupon voucher for a Hollywood for £55 for 6 sessions in birmingham city centre.

I went to the patch test to find out it’s not a real Brazilian it’s just basically the front triangle where your pants go, but if you want a real Hollywood they offer you to pay £70. My argument is I’ve paid for a Hollywood so why would I pay extra to actually get that. I emailed around to other salons was told that yeah they were wrong for advertising it as a Hollywood

So I was basically forced to have a appointment I wasn’t happy with I had called another salon to get the rest of my Hollywood done (lazer took) as this was no Hollywood.

Today there is a big bus crash just by city centre, I googled the number and called over 25 times to say ild be a little late but the phones off and google says the salon is closed, but basically when I got to the salon it was all running late and out of everyone’s only me cannot be seen. The therapist is not the one they sent you out in video, this lady was extremely rude and did not even speak to words to me. No apology no nothing.

I would never in a million years pay for a Hollywood , to have to pay else wear to get an actual Hollywood

If I can’t access via phone call to explain there is a bus crash and all the roads are blocked even another lady spoke of traffic after me but was allowed in.

Basically if you want manners or to pay for an actual Hollywood and get one DO NOT USE THIS SALON.

I’m currently sat in reception waiting to see if somone Dosent show to have half treatment or for groupon or management to call me so I can pay for a Hollywood and actually get one.

I just feel it’s farse to get refunds from groupon etc and wanted lazer done before summer so if you get chance to read this do not use company

P.s the worker who took Monday 4th off has manners and knows how to deal with people.

I am very suspicious of the 5 star ratings. They all seem very similar and 2 of them have spelt guys the same way, "Guyss". Is this company getting people to place fictitious ratings??

How can these ratings be trusted???

I have booked appointments every 6 weeks for the last 6 months as that is the only time I can get to Manchester and every time I get a text the evening before cancelling as 'staff are off ill' even though they have already had my money upfront for the 6 sessions and I still have 3 sessions left.
