Pierre Alexandre is a very friendly place. The stylists are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. They are an incredibly talented crew. I personally love Mary Lou's skilled highlights.

Javier was so sweet and put up with my crazy nervous energy and made me feel supper comfortable. I have to say I dont think my hair has ever looked better! It still looks long, but instead of falling flat it's bouncy and way pretty. He also took his time to give me beautiful beach waves. I'm obsessed.

This is a great, conveniently located, fun hair salon where Crystal has recently joined the staff. I've been seeing Crystal for many years and she is fantastic. Always love each cut from her. I would highly suggest dropping in to see Crystal and the other stylists at Pierre Alexandre salon. It will be an in credible experience and your hair will look awesome!!

I followed Crystal, my stylist of 2 years to Pierre Alexandre. She is amazing and Panyc is lucky to have her. Crystal always gives a great cut and has terrific advice. I like the salon. It is intimate, mellow and cool. The staff and other stylists are all very nice and you can tell that everyone who works there knows what they are doing.

Highly recommend this salon. Crystal who joined the team has been my stylist for the last few years so i Followed her ( of course). I love 60s mod style and she's been wonderful at helping me achieve the styles I gravitate towards.

They were able to fit me in for a last minute appoinment. The environment was welcoming and relaxing. Simon was so nice and made my hair look better than ever. Thanks so much!

Atomsphere was warm. i was greeted with a smile. Employees are professional and you can tell they enjoy being there. I would go back as well as recommend friends.

There are those days you just want a really good cut of hair because you're tried of the shag. Finding a really good stylist out in the burbs, especially someone who can navigate very thick straight asian man hair is difficult at best.

I was supposed to get my hair done by my usual stylist but i am not sure what happened there. i desperately needed a color touch up so i started looking on yelp and found pierre alexandre salon. fortunately they were able to squeeze me in. i was paired with billy and despite not knowing my usual color formula he nailed it. i was extremely pleased with the outcome and will definitely be here again!

Perfect location, chill vibes, they have nice wall garden and very clean but besides all of that i love my haircut. i have curly hair i never straighten my hair and most stylist dont know how to cut curly hair that is worn curly.but pauli did and i am so glad i tride pierre alexandre out, she gave me great cut and still preserved my length! if you have curly hair and want a haircut you will love there work. goto pierre alexandre and ask for pauli.

This was the best hair color i have ever had. i somehow got a last minute appointment when i was in Manchester for a long weekend last fall and i was so impressed. Marylou did my blonde highlights perfect and JC did a trim that actually made my hairstyle look amezing. The atmosphere was fun yet professional and the whole team was just a blast and clearly so talented.

Got a great hair cut by billy! super knowledgeable and listened and gave me exactly what i wanted. he also knew exactly what my hair needed. really impressed. Excited to go back and get highlights.

Got my hair colored by sindy today! she was fabulous and so nice! really took the time to make sure she understood the exact color i wanted. i had brassy, dried ends before, and she was able to make my hair look soo much healthier.

I don't go often for self care. Went after a very long time, hairdresser was very polite, they were busy so moved a bit fast but thats understandable, gave a very nice haircut, appreciated that i was going through a tough time and gave some encouraging words. I would definitely return, and more often.

Okay... as a previous employee to this JOKKEEE of a company I believe it’s right to discuss my experience. As a part of the office team, we were ORDERED by Karol and Chris to contact existing costumers and sell them whatever skin care or laser treatment we could, baring in mind the customer could’ve been robbed of their packages and payments previously... didn’t matter to them all they wanted was more and more money, and if you didn’t hit your target they would make you feel AWFUL! They found it humour knowing that they had angry customers to face and would laugh at their expense. Customers are just a number to these utter t*ats! No consideration or care going towards them, and we would have to reflect their careless behaviour into our work ethic to meet their SELFISH needs. I’ve heard that they are now working with a Salon in Alderley Edge under YET AGAIN another name!!!!! DISGUSTING, VILE, EMOTIONALLY DRAINING AND WOULDNT TRUST THE ROBBERS AS FAR AS I COULD THROW THEM!

They changed from Pierre Alexandre to UK Skin & Laser. Now they have or in the process of moving from a Alderley edge hairdresser's to Michael Bllans hair salon in Wilmslow under the name MB Medispa. Honestly a joke of a 'company' just want your money. Very high staff turnover as they promise you the world then you find out what they are like. No proper training is given to staff.

I didn’t even know where it was, where I was, or how I got there!!

I had my hair done here a while ago, I went to get it bleached and was assured they could bleach out the colour safely. It wasn’t so much the colour that I was left with but the chemical burns on my scalp!

When I went to another hairdressers for a second round of bleaching, they told me my scalp had chemical burns. This is how I found out about it, they said it looked red and sore and wouldn’t be able to touch the roots due to how badly it had been bleached once at Pierre Alexande.

It really makes you wonder who’ve they’ve got working there as ‘professionals’ in using chemicals they clearly don’t know how to use properly.

Terrible company and terrible management of appointments.

I, just like many others who have left a review below, had paid for a 6 session laser package of which I had 4 sessions remaining. My local clinic is in Birmingham and they have changed to a different location under the name of Birmingham Skin and Laser.

I called on numerous occasions to the building called ‘Spaces’ whereby I was told on every occasion I would get a call back to make an appointment. I never received this call and they refuse to transfer my call through to the office where they are/were based. I have written in to them advising I will be issuing legal proceedings against them however they do not have the courtesy to respond. I was told that should I attend the office the receptionist would not allow me through without an appointment. If the clinic does not contact me to make an appointment and I have no way of reaching them, how on earth would I be able to make an appointment.

Disgusting services and clear theft of monies taken and refusal of provided services.
