The worst. Can't believe a company like this exists/existed. No one would ever answer the phone, deliberately, as there was always someone sat at the phone when I went. I had different staff there/performing my laser each time claiming the previous worker had 'been sacked'. And upon having two sessions left I come to the store to find they've closed down without telling anyone. I am owed two sessions that I paid for, the company no longer has a phone number, website or anything after stealing thousands from people, how do I report this? Sickening. Don't know how these people sleep at night

I bought six sessions of laser treatment off Wowcher so I appreciate I haven’t lost as much money as some other people have, however, I have only completed 3 of these. I was called on Easter Monday (which is strange in itself) to be told my appointment on the 25th April had to be moved to 16th May because the machine was broken and to compensate I’d be given an extra session meaning I should have 4 left to attend. Today I showed up to PA on King Street, Manchester to find everything shuttered up with no notice of what PA Aesthetics clients should do - only a couple of A4 bits of paper saying that some specific hairdressers have moved to other salons. I tried to call all of the numbers I’ve used before only to find they are no longer in use and none of the webpages exist anymore. I’m totally shocked by the lack of consideration and if it’s true that they have set up as another company then they are a bunch of cowboys.

Hi, I paid in advance for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I have not used them yet and I do not know what to do. I paid with my debit card, so I don't know if I there is something I can do with my bank. I also bought 6 sessions from goupon and I have done 2, I will try through goupon... I went yesterday because I had an appointment in Manchester and there is nothing there. They even sent me the appointment reminder email. Phone number does not exist either website, and I don't know what else I can do to get my money back.

So disappointing.

I have been a customer of Pierre Alexandre King street Manchester for 4 years and paid in advance for further laser treatments and facial treatments in 2018. The last 6-9 months have been a nightmare when trying to book an appointment as they moved the booking/ arrangement of appointments to a call centre. I have 10 laser sessions left and 4 facial sessions. Now they’ve gone into administration and not even let the customers know and we’ve lost our money. I hope I paid for the treatments on my credit card.
Absolutely disgraceful and the staffing issues in the last 9 months have been ridiculous as they couldn’t keep hold of staff and kept cancelling my appointments.
Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Pierre Alexandre (PA) in Birmingham have changed their company name, location and phone number and have not informed any of their customers. I will describe how I found out: My work friend went to her appointment with PA only to discover they were no longer operating at the usual location. The kind landlady gave my friend PA's new phone number after discovering they failed to inform her. My friend called PA and got told that they must have missed informing her of PA's change of company name, location and phone number. I got the phone number from my friend and called ex PA today as my mother and I have an appointment in the next few days with them. The lady also told me that they informed all customers and must have missed informing me - yeah right! Anyway, I asked her for their new address, she told me, "shall I text it to you?", I replied "no, give it to me over the phone now and I'll write it down". She told me they are located in a building marked 'Spaces', Civic House, 156 Great Charles Street, Queensway, Birmingham, B3 3HE. I then asked for their new company name and she replied, "UK Skin and Laser". I asked her name and she replied, "Molly". The number I called today is 01214812566. I will find out when my mum and I go to the appointment if they are actually still operating. It is clear from their actions that they had no intention to honour their existing customers. These people should not be allowed to operate as they are fraudsters/scammers. If they are operating then buying any new service from them would be taking a financial gamble as they are capable of doing the same again.They have no morals.

Absolute scam! I booked 10 treatments. I've been trying to book a single appointment since DECEMBER LAST YEAR 2018! Nobody answered the phone or replied to emails up until now. Natwest Bank say they cant to anything to get my money back. Shambles and a disgrace.

I have 5 treatments left for my laser ive paid 900 pounds the company has gone into liquidation the ombudsmen and the bank cannot do anything unless you've had a credit agreement in place. Please help what a waste of money...scammers they've robbed us all...so Angry!!!!

So disappointed my friends paid a big lump sum of money to get a skin care package Which I only used once for my 40th Birthday gift I had froze it for a few months as a close family member passed away and I wasn’t up to going. I decided to restart my treatments and now the company has disappeared ridiculous all the money my friends spent gone to waste.....robbery... can’t call or contact the company ... how unprofessional... a bunch of thief's....run off with honest hard working people’s money.....

I purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal in March 2018. Since then I have had THREE sessions, despite the fact that the sessions need to take place 8 to 10 weeks from each other to be effective. I also paid an extra lump of money to PA as apparently I had not paid enough for the area in question. My 'treatment' has been pointless and a waste of money, I haven't even been given it all, and Groupon won't refund me. Now the company has disappeared!

While the company were still open, I had been cancelled on an hour before my appointments, stood up at my appointment (everyone had gone home!), rescheduled appointments weren't actually rescheduled, and they were uncontactable. Their Facebook pages have been deleted, salons closed down, and phone lines cut off. AVOID any of the following companies which are run by the same gang of scammers!:

Constantly cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Re book my appointment for a day the salon was closed bank holiday Monday. Facebook and website page been deleted. I was told my refund would be processed but it’s past 20 days. I am now in the process of a Section 75 claim. I hope people are able to get their money back

I turned up to my appointment and everything was closed down, none of the numbers are working either anymore. Luckily I bought my coupons through groupon I got my money straight back, after refusing the groupon credits so if anyone has gone through there I would do that.

However I did speak to the bank (RBS) as I paid via debit card and they can get you onto the retail dispute team which will move onto the fraud team as it is basically paying for good and not receiving them, then they will send you a form which is a longer process but it gives you more of a chance that you will get your money back, so I would recommend you guys do that.

Iv been robbed!!! They taken my money and not even had the decency to tell us they closing down! I want my money back!!!

Has anyone who was told via email that they would get a refund with 20 days actually received their refund? I was told by pa that I would get a refund but it could take up to 20 days. Doubt this will actually happen now...

Bank cannot do anything without liquidation proof. If anyone has it please share. Thanks

If you've paid via debit and you've essentially been robbed:

- Call your bank, explain you've paid for a service you haven't received and the company won't refund you
- Explain how you've contacted company but no response (emails/calls/website/shop front)
- Explain other people have had the same experience/been scammed
- Also ask them to look at Companies House where you can see company is closing for good and have no intention of refunding you

hopefully your bank should put in a merchant dispute for you and offer chargeback service (refund). Good luck.

SCAM!!!!! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I have booked 6 laser treatments for the price of one. I got 4 treatments done (so I haven’t actually lost any money) but I am also a witness of what happened.
I have tried to get an appointment for my 5th session and when I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes to be told that they didn’t have the machine in. I was then given another appointment that should have taken place on 8th May at 8:30 pm. When I arrived, the shop was shut and closed down and I could see it was empty inside. I knew straight away what happened.
I don’t want to say anything bad about the staff though. All the girls that did my treatments were really nice and professional.
I think it is inhuman to steal money of innocent people who may have had to save up for months to be able to afford treatments like that.
I hope they will get caught and put in prison. What has to happen that that bloody Karol goes to jail. What he does is a crime in the end of the day.

WARNING !!!!! They have now registered new companies under different peoples names and changed bank accounts and applied for new credit card facilities.They are also in the process of liquidating the old ones (Having removed anything of value from them first) Looks like they are planning to repeat this scam , If you have paid any money to these people via credit / debit cards keep a very close eye on your account because they have a database with all your details on.

same story as everyone else. they've got my money and no communications back from them on cancelled appointments, lack of communication surely nothing on refunding money. I can't get through phones (lines are down), emails or social media (website is down as well, social media messages bounce back). i have just now reported to action fraud and will be reporting to police. please do the same, given how many people have posted here we may get some action as group. they have also advised to contact financial ombudsman service on 08000234567
