paid up front for six sessions then pause for an additional area at the consultation . Arrived at fisrt appt in Leeds but they booked me in Didsbury. Next appt they cancelled due to beauty tech going off sick . Next appt they couldn’t do for a few months due to staffing problems. Then no body would pick up . Eventually found out they went bust when i walked past the Leeds branch - How can I claim my money back - Bank say No!!!

Taken upfront payments for laser however not received a quarter of the treatment. Was sent a text to email proof of purchase in September and told would be contacted to rearrange sessions within 6 wks however this has not happened after emailing the purchase receipts. No response after several attempts of contact. No direction of how to claim money back from a clearly bust company

I paid for 6 sessions and then extended treatments to cover additional areas
I have had my appointment cancelled and can not get in touch with the company their phone is no longer available.

The therapist was lovely

The worst saloon i have ever been to!!! Whatever happens never go there for waxing!!! The service is just redicilous!! Never had more painful experience and I have been waxing for the last 7 years. The woman was super unfriendly and i had to call her twice back to the room to finish her job as she missed so much hair that i would to it better and she was acting arrogant instead of appologising. At the end, still i had to finish the job at home. It was just absurd!!!!

Stolen my money never refunded. Rang them countless of times, told me they can't refund over phone can only do it through email. Been emailing them so many times no one responds. Bunch of liars. Do not trust!!!

I’ve paid this company over £200 for treatments they changed their company name and address without informing me.
My last appointment was cancelled in August I had a text to say they were rescheduling appointments for October.
I’ve replied to the text over 3 weeks ago had no reply. I’ve even called that number they don’t pick up even though they have read the message.
I’m so lucky I didn’t buy more treatments as I would have lost over £700 if I did .
Avoid these scammers. I’ve been to their office last week and surprise surprise it was shut .
Question now is how do we get our money back.

This place is horrific!
Paid £299 to have facial treatments every two weeks for 6 months. I paid in full by bank transfer and part cash. My first appointment got cancelled and I had rearranged. I turned up to this appointment to find out it had been cancelled but nobody had called me. I asked for a refund as my appointments had been cancelled twice all ready. They said I had to email with proof to show I paid and then also tried to call the number advertised. I have not yet received a phone call, email or heard anything about a refund and it has been a week.
Apparently they said that they don’t do BACS payments but I was asked to pay into an account by two of their members of staff and received an email to say I have paid! God knows where my money was sent to and why I haven’t been refunded. Horrendous customer service.
The manager was also in the office and did not bother to come out and deal with the issue and instead got his member of staff to hand me a terms and condition paper. How ridiculous.

They are disgraceful have been in contact with them by email as I could never get them on the phone I had 2 out of 6 treatments and paid £99 for another area to be added, then on my third they cancel but they didn’t tell me they have moved to a new address 156 Great Charles Street and change their name to Birmingham Skin & Laser I found out ,I went once more so now had 3 out of 6 sessions , they tired to sell me more treatments Thank God that I didn’t buy anymore, have been trying to contact them by phone then I emailed them and she message me a mobile number to contact them on 07871801557 , then had on appointment on the 1st of August but they cancel it for the 9th August ,I turned up to my appointment and waited on a chair outside for 15 minutes to find out from a lady that they have moved out as one of the young lady told her that they are recruiting new staff since then have email and called and text the mobile it rang out and no one ring or emailed back , have found them on Treatwell as Birmingham Skin & Laser 156 Great Charles Street same address and I called up Treatwell and told the man all about what’s been going on and explain everything, but when I went back on today the 25/8/19 they are still on there website I even tired to buy a treatment and it would let me buy and book the date so Treatwell doesn’t seem to care that these people are robbing people shame on them !!!!

Hair straightening rip off. Paid a fortune for Japanese straightening. Japanese straightening is a combination of heat and chemicals. No heat applied to my hair. Took a couple of hours instead of 6

Scammers !!! I worked there and they owe me over £1800 in unpaid holiday pay ! Absoulte thieves! Get them named & shamed and stay away from them !!!!!!!!!!!

Paid for 6 months and after the salon closed I was told I would be refunded. The refund never came through. If the company s still trading they should refund customers. Now not replying to emails or calls now :(

I’m so upset and angry. I went to the Glasgow branch today of Pierre Alexandre. They used a cheap colour on my hair and left me with a complete mess. I demanded the manager to look at my colour and he said he can’t see what my problem is, then asked me to leave!!! DO NOT go to Pierre Alexandre Glasgow! What can I do now?!?

Got a groupon in novembre 2018, went to patch test end of novembre, paid on the patch test day 240£ for further treatment, supposedly on discount only on this day...then got booked for my 1st laser session 6 weeks later. they cancelled my 1st app for technical reason, had to call to rebook it, they gave me a date 6 weeks later. And again they cancel my app a week later without giving me a reason even and rebooked me 6 weeks after....so basically after 4 months they cancelled 3 app so never had the 1st session, no treatment done at all ! wrote email, waited 28 days as advised for refund, no one replied, call head office, ask for my refund, told my it wasnt refundable !!! of course i got my initial groupon refunded but the 240£ i paid to Pierre Alexandre Birmingham never gave me my money back! the manager hanged up on me on the phone...who r these people???

Fraud. I paid for six sessions, they booked and keep cancelling until they disappeared. I had 0 sessions, lost my time and money.

To everyone who pre-paid for a service with Pierre Alexandre from their debit or credit card but did not receive any treatment, it is possible (although not guaranteed) that you can get a refund.

The Manchester, Didsbury, Leeds and Sheffield branches have closed down. Research on Companies House show that there are several Ltd companies involved which are all either dissolved or about to be struck off because they have not filed any returns in over a year.

If you paid by credit or debit card, there is a chance you may be able to get your money back because you have paid for a service that you will not receive, even if you paid for it several months ago. Contact your bank's disputes/fraud team immediately and fill in their forms and/or email them with proof that the company has closed down, and they may be able to refund you.

For proof, search on companies house for Mr Karol Skwira (there are several listings for his name) and all the connected hairdressing companies related to him and associates Mr Christopher Joseph Willoughby and Ms Jessica Elizabeth Willoughby who all have related companies (most registered under the same 'Unit 77 Cariocca Business Park' address) including but not limited to: P.A. DIDSBURY LTD (Company number 10268318), COLOUR BAR LEEDS LTD (10956176), P.A. SFIELD LTD (10878569), P.A. DIDSBURY LTD (10268318), P.A. LEEDS LTD (10671421), P.A. COLOUR BAR LTD (10354560), P.A. AESTHETICS LTD (10104010). Some of these have dissolved notices which you can download, some of these are actively being struck off which you can take screenshots of. Send all of these to your bank.

If you are able to visit any of the branches in person, they will be shuttered and may have signs in the window such as repossession of the premises by bailiffs for not paying their rent, To Let sign, or other rival hairdressers phone numbers on the front. Take lots of photos which you can send as evidence to your bank to show it is closed down.

Also send them screenshots of the adverts they used, or any receipts or correspondence you may have had with them. They deleted their FB account so you might have to search for it manually. There is a FB group set up called 'Victims of Pierre Alexandre' which has more info and photos. Send a link to the FB group and this Trustpilot page to the bank as well. Everything helps.

I paid £400 in January for the hair/skin memberships that is obviously not going to happen and was able to get a refund from my bank. The only way they can get the money back now is if they dispute the refund, which I doubt they will or can because they have evidently closed down. They must have sold all of these products as a cash grab knowing that they were going under and wouldn't be able to fulfil their obligations. Not to mention staff who worked and will not be paid. Don't let these thieves get away with this!

Awful service. Feel like I've been scammed. Bought a package of laser hair removal treatments and never received any!! Didnt even get my patch test. They cancelled my appointment and everytime I tried to reschedule there was always an issue. I always asked for after 5pm and they kept replying with appointments for 2,3 or 4pm. Then they disconnected the phone & asked me to contact them via messenger & they didnt respond to a single message!! But sent me several advertisements & promotions. Then they shut the Manchester store entirely with no notice. Worst service ever.

Lost all my money! Paid £155 for laser after they offered the deal to me direct. Go to today to my appointment to see it’s for sale and shut. No message from the company, no nothing and they have taken their number down from the internet and disconnected! Don’t know what I can do, paid it a year ago but they could only get me in for me sessions 2+ months in between every time! And still had half left! I’m so annoyed and don’t know what I can do now!

Horrendous company. Paid for 6 laser sessions in NOVEMBER. I've never had one session. My emails have been ignored since. I can't get through on the phone. I paid money direct to them... how do I claim it back? Fraud of a company. Seeking legal action.

Leeds branch are appalling, cannot get through to make an appointment. Got my refund via groupon however lost months of treatment time so the whole package was wasted!
