These guys are just after getting your money and then you wont be able to speak to anyone or get an appointment. Any complaints again the girl carrying out treatment will resign to not know anything or anyone and no there is no manager. It's cheap for a reason folks dont go there. Oh and forgot the girl carrying out the treatment wont remember what your having done either.

Awful experience, booked the £99 unlimited package for 8 weeks, first appointment was cancelled, finally managed to re-book for a micro dermabrasion. 10 minute session at best with no preparation for the skin, the 'therapist' pressed so hard I have visible bruises on my cheek. Please avoid!

Both my wife and daughter purchased the Deal available in February and paid £199 each for as many treatments as they chose. They were unable to make appointments or speak to anyone to try to resolve the matter, this is a RIP OFF COMPANY and needs investigating, refund asked for on numerous occasions and Facebook comments deleted and blocked if negative. Save your money. Now seeking other legal advice and means to recover outlays. Absolutely crap company and ignorant of any attempt at Customer Service.

I recently purchased a Beauty Card via Elevate UK Ltd. as a promotion for local workers to the South Kensington area where Pierre Alexandre have opened a new salon. I've paid £47 for 4 treatments which seemed like a great bargain and clearly has become an example of 'too good to be true'. I haven't even been able to book my first session as the communication has been non-existent.

I've tried to phone through on 3 separate occasions and been on hold for 5 min each time before giving up. I then sent an email (whilst on hold on the phone, the message recommended that email was a faster/easier way of communicating). My email was sent at least 2 weeks ago with no reply as yet. I then tried Facebook Messenger where you're told that agents will 'typically reply instantly' and after an hour, someone got back to me and took some details and nothing further has happened since (again this was nearly 2 weeks ago. Finally, I tried to phone again last week and finally got a person on the phone but was told that she wasn't able to help answer questions for those with Beauty Card promotions and I'd receive a call back...it's been about 4 days and still waiting!

I've never experienced such challenges to simply book an appointment and based on the other reviews here, it's only going to get worse. It's also clear that the majority of the positive reviews are false as they contain so little data and tons of spelling errors! What a joke!

I'm now trying to get back in touch with Elevate UK Ltd to see about getting a refund.

It was a great experience for my first visit . They have described properly for each services. Body waxing and polishing was done very carefully.

Avoid or you will loose your money as I did. There were lots of people like me, the most bad reviews were removed.

Oh dear where did I go wrong, all these good (fake) reviews? How many men do you know that would put a review on out their haircut?? I am a pensioner and thought I would treat myself. I've spent £199 on a six month membership for hair services. My appointment was booked well in advance and the day before I was due for a cut and colour it was cancelled! Despite numerous attempts to rebook, no suitable appointments were offered. When a refund was requested all contact with the salon has stopped, phone calls, emails and Web chat all go unanswered! All I want is my money back for services that have not been supplied.

Pierre Alexander is one of the best salons in Manchester. It is full of expertise and provides service with care. Done the general skin hair service and satisfied. Good experience.
