I’ve now used this company for over 20 years .
For my Divorce , Probate , Power of Attorney and of late a very complicated car transaction that went south which amounted to a lot of money owned.
People always say that trying to get in touch with lawyers or solicitors can be like finding the Scarlet Pimpernel , I have to say not in my case , each and every time I needed to speak or contact the above a call or email was responded to in no time ( I was even given their mobile numbers ) The last case took well over a year to sort out , not by Pinney but by the courts , 100% customer service , hopefully I won’t need their expertise but if I do I have them on speed dial. We went with Pinney Talfourd due to a solicitor we had used years ago had joined PT but has since retired so we thought we would still use them.
We are so glad we did use them, Saira was absolutely amazing in the conveyancing.

Was no overly impressed with solicitor who dealt with my claim, very impersonal and disorganised, things improved once barrister got on board, he was brilliant. My claim was completed2+ years ago and only now iam I being asked about my experience.

Nicola was amazing throughout the purchase of our house. We found her to be unbelievably response and so efficient; no question too small; she gave us brilliant advice and was very proactive in keeping things moving and chasing the seller’s solicitors. Ours wasn’t necessarily a straightforward purchase but Nicola put us at ease and we felt so well looked after it really eased the pressure.
