I was very pleased with the overall service which was very professional but the company withheld payment of the residual estate for 10 months and took a 1.5 % cut of the estate value on top of the time spent, charged at the published hourly rate, the combination of which considerably reduces the overall value for money element. Having signed their T'sand C's at the outset of business it's too late.

I used this firm for conveyancing on a freehold purchase in London, and the experience was great from start to finish. The transaction exchanged broadly in line with the expected timeframe, which in itself is no small achievement.

Ms Victoria Bush handled my conveyancing and was consistently clear, practical, and reassuring throughout the process. She was responsive and worked at impressive speed during the final sprint before exchange - which ultimately happened completely seamlessly. A special mention also goes to her assistant, Ms Linda Thorne.

One thing I found particularly helpful was that the firm also has family law expertise in-house. This made it very straightforward to arrange a cohabitation agreement alongside the purchase, without having to involve a separate firm. Ms Jade Mercer handled this efficiently, thoughtfully, and was easy to deal with.

Overall, a very smooth experience across both departments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
