The guy did a good job and was helpful and tidy

Very fast install when I had no hot water. Engineer was neat and tidy and very informative on boiler use after commissioning. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding service initailly from Emily to a quote and going that extra mile to the engineer David Richardson who came along distance away over 2 days as the job was extremly fiddly installation and helpful friendly and a smile and nothing was a problem explained everything well registered the new boiler too . Highly reccomend over the extortionate British gas quotes . A excellent job and my thanks it was done so fast as elderly occupant needed the heating on asap even though summer. Request David if you can excellent engineer.

Communication was great. Glen who installed our boiler carried out a fast fuss free job. He left everything neat and tidy including taking away all the old boiler and parts. He gave full easy to understand instructions on how to use the boiler also. First class job Glen. Thank you.

They are total rip-off merchants. Gave me a quote, I accepted, they asked for 50% before starting, I accepted, arranged time and day, I agreed but on the day did not come until after mid day when should have been 08.30-010.30. Guy came with small noisy car no tools and on phone. Went to flat to check and rang his company for next hour. Eventually at 15.00 decided to leave saying his company PlumbProud will call me. They did at 15.45 and asked for another £500.00. Told them to collect their boiler and return my deposits. They said I was breaking contract!!!!

Ashley and his colleague arrived on time to fit a new boiler and pump. They were friendly and very professional . They were clean and tidy and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend PlumbProud to my family and friends. Thankyou.

My installer was graham did a great job and the pipe work looks great and I'm no plumber very knowledgeable just look at the t+Cs 50 % deposit and non refundable but overall would recommend

Do not use this company.

All we wanted was a straight boiler swap, something that should've taken 4 hours max. These plumbers were 'fitting' our boiler for 12 hours, from 10am to 10pm. At one point they set fire to the back of the boiler when using a blowtorch to fit the pipes.. they promptly shouted and threw half a bottle of water on it. When this was brought up to the company they rang the plunbers (whilst they were in our house) which created a hostile atmosphere and they lied to the company, of course. They, without permission or discussion, created a large hole in the ceiling above the boiler for flue.... when questioned why didnt use the original hole they mumbled something about it being a legal requirement that vertical flue pipes do not connect directly to the boiler. The company also, without permission, took all the rest of the money, at this point £1,336, before the job was even completed.

We have since had British Gas to check the work, they were appalled at the pipework and suggested it was something they'd expect from a college student. They had to fix multiple leaks as the pipes hadn't been even remotely connected properly. They said the only reason they did the flue like this is because the plumbers were too lazy to get the appropriate part from Vaillant and there is no legal obligation as they suggested. The largest issue was that the minimum inlet pressure for gas for this boiler is 17mbars... the way they had connected it is only just running on 17mbars.. the preferred is 21mbars. This is because they hadn't bothered to change the old 15mm pipework to the required 22mm.

All in all never use this company they have np idea what they are doing, only want money and are willing to effectively rob it from you and the customer service couldn't care less.

Unfortunately the work was postponed as the original engineer called in sick, however two days later Harris arrived early and did an excellent job of installing the replacement boiler. Harris was very efficient and communicated well.
I would also like to thank Emily for keeping us well informed.

The installer was punctual and efficient only held up by the delay in the delivery of the boiler itself and had to return the next day to complete.

Plumbproud scheduled boiler installation for me and I have specifically asked to come on Monday morning, as I was travelling from Tuesday. They assured me that works will be completed on Monday morning.
On Monday they have called to say that the engineer cannot come and they have to reschedule. That was unacceptable considering that I explained to them that I will be going away from Tuesday and they took 50% of my deposit as well.
Anyways, I had to find someone to let them in on Tuesday morning and guess what, they confirmed the installation for Thu morning but no engineer showed up either!
Long story short, after me chasing them up for hours on the phone, the engineer came in the evening at 6 pm and while he did a good job, installation works were only completed at 11pm! Overall, no questions to the engineer, but the company is a lousy organiser and their customer service is not existing. I would NOT recommend!

Harris turned up early to start the job he did a really good job and was very polite aswell and trust worthy aswell he was great
