Great customer service!

I recently placed an order for Lowa Boots after initially enquiring over email. I was promptly phoned by a colleague called Joel who was very helpful and answered my questions and concerns thoroughly and was very informative. He also went out of his way to ensure the product was delivered efficiently, especially due to my short deadline, in which he accommodated. I couldn't recommend him and the company highly enough. I will definitely be using polimil for future purchases. Thank you again Joel.

Awesome Experience

These guys are really helpful, have used other sites to buy my gear from but the team here went above and beyond.

Trouble free and a great price, can't recommend highly enough.

Faulty item - Return with NO refund

My brother has ordered a Snugpack as a gift for me - item 281603194992 transaction 1377238807018- , I received it, and then it prooved to be faulty.
For the return shipment Polimil wrote us:
'Unfortunately we do not have a free return label to send out to you. If you send this back to us and then send across the postage receipt though we will be more than happy to refund this back to you also.'
I have returned the faulty Snugpack and after that they became completely missing.
Only after writing this rewiew and after disputing the payment via Paypal we were able to have the original amount refunded.
Now we are still missing the refund of the return shipment (for a faulty item).
They are saying that, despite our rights and despite their assurance, they will refund the return cost only if I remove this review.
WORST Customer Service - completely untrustable.

As well as this we have not had any messages through eBay regarding a faulty Snugpak Roller Kit Monster, nor have we received one back.

We have checked these details again and still cannot find any order details for you. As mentioned we do appear to have not received a Snugpak Kit Monster back also.

Brilliant

I first heard of Polimil when my friend showed me a giveaway they were doing through Facebook. I went onto their website and was overwhelmed by the products they have on their. I placed my first order the other day. Very quick and efficient. Received the parcel two days later. Will not hesitate using Polimil again in the future. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you Polimil.

Dont buy on this company

It was my first time to purchased a boots on this company online and advised them to send it to another country as my relative needed it and it took them two days if "I wasn't been contacting them every now and then" to informed me that i have to pay either by paypal or bank transfer because of fraud and everything so i asked them to send it locally instead. Gave out my bank details and everything and they sent me a receipt, 4days later haven't receive the goods nor haven't heard from this company so, i called them and suddenly this guy Ben told me this lame excused that they have colour coding on their computer and that my order has a problem!!! Seriously???? So if there was a problem why no one contacted me via email or call me??? And you dont even get an APOLOGY!!!!JUST SHOWS HOW UNETHICAL THIS BEN/COMPANY IS.

Firstly, we do deem your comments as unfair. Please see below an email that have been sent to you regarding this. This explains in detail the dates emails were sent and also why your orders could not be processed. We are yet to have a response to this.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for the problems that you have encountered with these orders and for the inconvenience that has been caused. I have noticed that you have left us feedback on our trust pilot page and we are sorry that you feel like this.

I am a little disappointed that my name has been put on this feedback because i personally do not feel that i am to blame for this.

When the initial order was placed I emailed you straight away to state their was a problem with the order and that we were unable to charge a card to ship internationally. We then agreed to place a new order and we took the appropriate details and this was added to our system.

When you rang yesterday i looked into this for you and confirmed that unfortunately this order had not yet left our office. I explained the reasons behind this. This was;

Our digital security charging system works on a traffic light system. Green means that the order is OK to be dispatched, amber means that we have to wait for verification checks to take place before sending and red means that the order will not be able to go on the payment used.

Your second order was showing a status of high amber. We therefore as mentioned have to do the relevant checks on the card etc to ensure it is OK to charge.

We have been subject to fraud in the past and therefore have invested in security and anti-fraud software and this is why these procedures are put in place.

I do not feel that the review is a true reflection of the events that happened, although i do completely understand your frustration. I have looked through the communications and i can confirm that you initial order was placed on the 14th July. We emailed you the next day to inform you that we were encountering problems with this order. You then called and asked if we could send this to a UK address. All the necessary details were taken and i confirmed this on an email on the 16th July just after our phone call.

On the 17th July i then contacted you again via email to confirm that the order was now on our system and ready to be dispatched. Unfortunately though we did have further issues with the card and therefore we were not able to accept this. We explained in a little more detail on this email why this was not able to be charged. We did want to work with you to ensure this got sorted as quickly as possible for you though.

You called us on the 20th July to get an update on this order. I asked if you had seen the messages sent but you had not. I then went onto explain what was happening with this order and why it had not left our warehouse as of yet. You then requested to cancel both orders from our system and destroy all information. This was actioned as a matter of urgency for you.

As a gesture of good will and to apologise for the problems that you have encountered, we would be more than happy to provide you with a 10% discount off a future order with us.

To avoid any of the problems this time i would recommend paying via a different method though. We can then action the order straight away.

Again we are sorry for the problems that have occurred and for the inconvenience caused. I await your response. Thank you.

Good customer service

Hi,
just a quick email to say thanks for a good customer service, I am a frequent user of polimil with no problems all orders arrive on time ang are top quality. However on this occasion my order of bates tactical boots were out of stock, I was sent an email explaining what was wrong with the order and also was attached a hyper link to similar products that could possibly meet my requirements. I quickly phoned polimil and spoke to Ben Storer Who quickly processed my order and a refund was back in my account within half hour plus sent them next day delivery as a good will gesture.

Excellent customer service experience, super fast next day delivery!

I dealt with Ben via email regarding my enquiry, he was very fast to respond to my questions. Once ordered the Lowa Mountain Boots took less than 24hrs to arrive! An outstanding service from Polimil, I would actively seek out Polimil in the future. A trusted company. Thank you.

Great friendly service

I have worked in the emergency services for over 15 years and as such have ordered boots from several companies. I have to say Polmil have been the best by far. The boots I ordered were out of stock. Ben at Pilmil soon emailed me with alternative options and even though the alternative boots were slightly more expensive, dispatched them to me with no extra cost. His customer service has been prompt polite and efficient. I will becoming back to Polmil next time I need new boots or kit. Thanks

Excellent Service.

Emailed Polimil in regards to a large bulk order of goods, the product manager Nick Dunkley immediately contacted me back and from there were worked out all of the intricacies of the order. Gave me an excellent bulk price and the whole operation was incredibly smooth, posted the massive order to us in Ireland with no problems what so ever, swiftly dealt with any sizing reissues resulting in 35 happy customers.

Will definitely be using again and will be recommending them to anyone looking for kit.

Absolutely Brilliant Customer Service

A fantastic experience with Polimil. Contacted them after placing my order and their Customer Service Representative was fantastic and very prompt in assisting me with my order. Easy to navigate through their website and select my desired products, payment and delivery options are extensive and the overall opinion is I will definitely be using these as my regular suppliers for my security equipment from now on.

Excellent customer service

I bought a pair of boots which had just come off sale and they had no stock left in my size so they offered an alternative size, which unfortunately wouldn't fit. Whilst waiting for new stock (approx 7days) they emailed me with regular updates and sent my boots out with free 48 hour delivery

Perfect experience

An easy transaction and even though I had to return the item (didn't fit), but even the returns process was handled quickly and with professionalism by Ben in Customer services. Thank you great work, I will definately use Polimil again!.

Hawk Swat boots

Had problems ordering thru the account I set up so decided to call Polimil. Very helpful staff, so I made the order over the phone. Boots arrived within 5 working days and I couldn't be happier with them. Have made a couple of orders thru Polimil now and each time received a free Swat pouch. Please don't send anymore with future orders, 2 is more than enough. Will be ordering more items thru Polimil, impressed with the service but not with the online ordering.
