Poor, Poor, Poor!
Polmil state on there website that items are in stock. This is false as they are not. My order still had to come from the supplier. Furthermore could not even ensure other items were sent as per original order. Awful experience matched with awful customer service!

The web page is simple to view, with no hidden icons. The delivery was quick and uneventful. The items are top quality and good value for money. I have used Polimil several times for military purchases and have never been disappointed. Excellent service and value!

Absolutely brilliant, great comms from the company as the shirt I had ordered was out of stock they contacted me by email and gave some great options. The delivery time was rapid and packing was really secure. Quality of my item is excellent so I will definitely be repeating my custom and recommending to the rest of the team.

Excellent bar parcelforce delivery driver!
Boots are great, as described and fit well.
My only issue is with the delivery driver, parcel was not delivered and I was sent to the wrong post office for pickup.

Not good!
I placed my order to be later emailed and advised the item I wanted was not in stock. Apparently there stock is not linked to the website!
I was informed the item I required would be in stock soon and then dispatched. Almost a week later I emailed customer service for update. The guy informed me he would contact the stock dept and email later that day.
After no email was received I phoned customer service direct to be told the stock delivery has arrived but not the item I wanted! It was added it may arrive next week. At this point I asked to cancel order and receive refund.
So all in all not a good experience. Poor communication, advertising goods that they plainly do not stock so I can safely say I'll steer well clear of this company in the future.

We are sincerely sorry that you had negative shopping experience with us.
When you originally placed your order for an Olight M18S Torch with us on December 2nd, we had literally just sold out of that particular torch the day prior. A stock replenishment order had already been placed with our supplier and the torches were due to arrive with us within 2 working days. A customer service representative immediately communicated the delay with you by email and apologised for the inconvenience. An upgrade to 24H delivery was offered as a kind gesture at no extra cost.
You stressed you needed the torch by December 10th which we were originally confident we could fulfil. However, when the Olight delivery arrived in we had been sent the incorrect model by the supplier (M18 instead of M18S – which was not our fault). We communicated this mistake with you and informed you of the new delivery date. You emailed back on 9th December asking for a refund and we cancelled and refunded your order in full on 10th. We have the full history of emails sent between yourself and our Customer service representative. Every enquiry you sent was responded to in a timely and professional manner. If you would like a copy of the history of all communications, please let us know and we would be happy to send them over to you.
We apologise for any confusion about the item showing as in stock on our website. As we had explained to you, our website is an online catalogue and therefore has no facility to display in and out of stock items. Whilst we make every effort to remove items with long delays, the Olight M18S torch is a popular line which we endeavour to hold stock of, but it was just unfortunate that the item had just sold out at the time of you ordering. We hold over £1Million worth of stock, but with thousands of products and tens of thousands of variations, it is simply impossible to keep everything in stock 100% of the time.
Please trust that we did do our very best to get the torch to you on time, the last thing we wanted to do was let you down. But through a series of events out of our control we failed to deliver, for which we are very sorry. As a token of good faith, should you want to place an order with us in the future we would be happy to give you a 10% discount voucher coupled with free delivery on anything you might like.
If there is anything else we can do to put this right please get in touch.

I placed an order from POLIMIL´S ebay shop for a rucksack, a present for my sons birthday. It was quite late on a saturday night when i made the order. I found out the next day that i had ordered the wrong one, PANIC!. ( ive heard it can be quite an ordeal to change an order once it had gone through the ebay + paypal process). I rang POLIMIL first thing monday morning expecting the worst....... "No problem sir, we can change that for you now and arrange your payment for you with a note in paypal" was the answer. The rucksack arrived the next day. Excellent, friendly service, highly recommended! Thanks again!

Amazing service.Quick delivery to Middle East.
I ordered some Lowa Zephyr boots, a 511 Backpack and some other bits of kit. Some items were not in stock at the time and they offered excellent alternatives or a refund. Their knowledge is second to none and I tursted their judgement on the alternatives. Was with me in 5 days in the Middle East. Amazing service. Quick, polite and very helpful and no messing about. Buy with confidence from these guys, they know what they are doing.
