I was looking for an ink cartridge to be delivered next day, on a Saturday, and there was no option for a Saturday delivery so I spoke to Lauren on live chat, who very kindly upgraded the delivey at no extra charge to ensure it would arrive on Saturday. Nice to know they go the extra mile to ensure we get our order when we need it.

Purchased a machine in January, worked without any problems at all. However after 18000 letters we thought the machine was faulty as would not feed envelopes. Rang Lauren and explained the fault within 10 minutes we had a call from Paul who talked us through the fault. Turns out there was nothing the matter with the machine, we hadn't put the water tray in properly :)

Gareth, I am very surprised by your account of what transpired. It is not correct!
When I ordered this machine for over £400, there was absolutely no suggestion on your part that we would be better off with a higher spec. I certainly wouldn’t have ordered it had I been informed that were the case. Perhaps you are thinking of another customer.
Neither was there any mention of the machine being suitable for 80gsm paper alone. However, we mainly wanted it for 80gsm, with just an occasional job at 90gsm.
We bought it in March 2018 but couldn’t get it to work at all. It just mangled the paper. Eventually, in November, after months of waiting for a resolution, your technician came. He found it would work on plain unprinted paper (what use is that, since we need print on the page?), but when he tried a printed document, it again mangled it. At the end of his visit he was able to get it to do a Z-fold, but not a normal tri-fold.
We only had one call-out (not “call-outs”), after waiting several months, but this only helped temporarily.
We were even willing to accept that limited usage, but a few weeks later, after only using it a few times for 100-200 sheets at a time, it stopped working altogether. The paper goes in, but remains stuck in the machine. So we now have a useless machine that cost us over £400. The fact of the matter is that we cannot even get it to work on normal 80gsm paper – This is a machine unfit for purpose...

A smooth purchase from start to delivery and all at a very good price what more can I say.
