I was on the Postroom-online site via a Google search for a paper perforating machine at 14.50 this afternoon, and by 15.00 Lauren at Postroom had one dispatched and on its way to my office in Edinburgh. Great company with a strong customer service ethic
I've made a couple of orders with Postroom Online, they are very approachable.
First I bought a couple of machines which were installed with little fuss, and the engineer was very helpful and understanding.
I had occasion to call them back for an operator caused error and they were most helpful.
I've just ordered some consumables with Lauren, using the online Livechat. Again an easy experience. They say price is king, but good customer service goes a long way to keep you coming back.

Spare part for paper folder supplied quickly, but was very pricey.
I ordered a replacement microswitch assembly for a paper folder, and agreed a price. What was supplied was just the switch, which was expensive compared to what I could have purchased elsewhere.

Rang with query lunchtime one day, emailed order about 1 hr late, item arrived early following am (with free labels and sweeties!), invoice emailed to me later that am - all completed in under 24 hrs! And I saved money for my employers who were happy too.
