Had alot of questions about folding machines. Paul was very helpful. We sent in loads of samples for him to try through various folding machines, which he was more than happy to try out and found the perfect machine for our needs. We would highly recommend postroom online.

Once again, Postroom-Online have been great! Gareth and his team always have a lot of time for us and that's very much appreciated as we had A LOT of questions for them haha! The Customer service is outstanding and delivery times are always very quick too. Thank you guys. Highly recommended.

Edit: After posting a review on Trustpilot, Gareth quickly contacted me and provided a good solution. The order seems to be on its way, so hope it to be here in a couple of days.

Ordered through mail on March 18th. A few days later, March 21st, the invoice was sent and paid. (That's always the easy part: Invoicing and payment.)

Today April 10th, almost 3 weeks later, I have not received my order, nor does anyone care to inform me.

I have repeatedly contacted Gareth, Emmaline, and Lauren (?), but no one is capable of providing any customer service. Very poor.

Great service from Lauren every time I have spoken with her - very quick, responsive and knowledgeable!

In only a few minutes of chatting with Lauren she managed to get the replacement part i needed for the letter folding machine. Also got a free bag of haribo! Great service!

We have used Postroom-Online for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service we have received. Declan went out of his way to ensure we have 2 folding machines back in action (when a rival company stated one of them was irreparable and quoted us for a new one!) They are definitely value for money and I would recommend.
