I have ordered from this site numerous times plus have recommended to other friends and colleagues and have Always found a large selection in every category I searched , many different price point categories which has also been helpful - and very quick service/ delivery - no issues . Not Happy
We ordered the bamboo cutting boards.The product took over three weeks to receive when I was told it would only take five days. Needless to say we did not receive them until after our Christmas party and had to hunt people down to give them their gift. They were very apologetic over the phone, but I was not happy about the delay. At least one of the cutting boards was broken (nothing like giving a gift to client that is broken (especially when it's a wooden cutting board). I haven't contacted the company yet on that because I'm waiting to see if there are any others.
UPDATE: The company did ship overnight to get the gifts here which was the right thing to do. The customer service was not the issue here, but the fulfillment process of the order. although they weren't "on time" the customer service was great!

Hi Scott, we apologize for the delay in your order. It should have been produced in 5 days plus 5-6 day ship time - which would have had the items there on time. We did pay for overnight shipping to get them to you on the best day we could. Please let us know about the broken items and we will issue a prompt credit.
