Finally arrived - damaged packaging
The good: Item shipped the same day as ordered! Decent looking product, but a little smaller than pictured.
The bad: However, the tracking number didn't work. Emailed customer service about it and got no reply. It finally arrived today in a box that was ripped open. Customer service contacted me 4 times today because I left a negative review. 3 stars for the hassle and unprofessional communication. Not a word to me unless I leave a bad review, then they wont stop calling. Typical New Yorkers.
