Never had any issues letting out my flat via Prospect in Reading. They keep me updated and communication is good. Nancy Suri is great and keeps me updated with ongoing management & any tenant issues.

I have been renting with Prospect for the past 2 years now and my impression has been wonderful so far. My property manager Nancy has been very helpful through these 2 years of tenancy. Whenever I had issues, Nancy would promptly take action and resolve them without affecting my family's day to day life.

Beth murphy is lovely she made sure to keep us updated and push things along when things were going slower and very helpful. also the lady who showed us round the flats was lovely too because we didn’t have a car at that point and she kindly drove us round. the only thing i’d say is don’t use the conveyancers they reccomend.. super expensive

I have to say they have done an incredible job, in particular Nancy Suri. Nancy manages the property and handles any day to day issues that come up. She has handled any maintenance, repair and tenant issues very well including sourcing competitive quotes, ensuring the trades people do the job to a professional standard and also helps negotiate the price down when she thinks the quotes are too expensive. She is also great at coming up with long term solutions (for example giving recommendations on what type of bathroom repairs would last a long time), helping save money over the long run rather than simply doing what is quick and easy. Would highly recommend.
