I ordered a Vidvie Power Bank Charger…

I ordered a Vidvie Power Bank Charger number PB780 on Wednesday 16th of July and on their Website it would be delivered the next day the 17th.
as off the 18th still not delivered.
I have phoned yo and left messages and on their website with no avail.
No correspondence at all.

AVOID! AVOID! THEY LOST MY PHONE!

Do NOT go to iMobile to get your phone repaired!
They LOST MY PHONE! I took my phone to be repaired 5 months ago. They told me it would take 10 days. They never called me, but I called and called, and each time was told they were still repairing it. Eventually, after 4 months, they admitted they had actually lost it. I stupidly hadn't backed up my data and have lost very precious photos.
They tell me they are looking for it, but I don't believe them. They didn’t even bother to find out what colour it was! They keep lying to me. They even gave me a phone number to call for updates, which turned out to be a phone that they never use/answer! Customer services never replies to emails either. When I call customer services, they make some excuse that they can’t talk to me at that time and end the call. I've been fobbed off and lied to for 5 months and have NEVER EVER been contacted by them. They think I’m going to just give up and go away. Well I’m not!
The only time they’ve acted fast is in giving a quick reply to my bad review, telling me to email customer services. But of course they don’t reply to my emails!
No doubt they will reply to this review, too with another insincere ‘we’re sorry’ and advise me to contact customer services yet again!
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Damaged Phone, No Response

I bought a phone in 'excellent condition'. It arrived (late due to an apparent stock issue) but is clearly not in the condition it should be. Their website states "Immaculate condition with no scratches or blemishes, retains at least 85% battery life, and operates flawlessly like a new device, free of liquid damage or faults."

There is a deep gouge on the side of the phone! I have since tried to contact them to arrange a return. I have attempted to:

1. Fill in the return form on their website (doesn't work on 2 different browsers)
2. Contact them via their chat function on the website (no response over 3 days, both daytime and evening)
3. Contact them via their email address (no reply)
4. Contact them via their Whatsapp chat (no response)
5. Contact them by calling them directly (went to voicemail)
6. Contact them by requesting a callback (no callback has been attempted).

My only chance of a refund now seems to be to open a dispute via my bank.

Edited on 19th August 2025: After leaving the bad review, I was contacted to arrange a return and refund. I returned the phone using tracked 48hr postage, and since then they have AGAIN blanked me, and as yet not refunded me. I posted the phone on 14th July. What's their excuse this time?

Wonderful Service

Excellent and friendly service from Mustaba at the Wakefield branch, i went in with a water damaged phone and he carefully took everything apart for me and tried his best to dry it out. He managed to get my phone to technically work again even though there was damage to the screen. He was very patient and i'm extremely grateful for his help, a true gentleman!

Excellent Customer Service

Purchased a reconditioned iPhone from Chelmsford branch for a good price. Had some issues with the screen which has been replaced twice now. Cannot fault the service. Fadi and the team have been so helpful. Always listen and provide clear advice. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely Devestated with this…

Absolutely Devestated with this service, Went in to get a battery changed on my Iphone 12. The battery itself won't charge when the phone is unlocked it's broken already after 3 days and is incredibly annoying when on the move. What they also did is change my official Iphone screen and said it was broken to change it without my permission to put some broken fake screen on that is just pressing random buttons constantly. I can barely do anything so I've just been charged £115 for an even worse off phone. My screen was working fine the day before it was a battery problem, their eyes lit up and they thought they would just fleece me up for a screen on top. Absolute scam and a joke I will be coming in to get this resolved when I'm not working. BE WARY WITH THESE

Giving one star as can't give zero

Giving one star as can't give zero. Knowing what i know now I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. Phone has been dodgy since I bought it for my Mother Christmas. Won't charge. I've sent it back and had it returned allegedly fixed. Same issue started again so I have returned to store recorded delivery to have this fixed or replace or my money back and now they are not answering my messages or calls. They now have my phone and won't reply to any correspondence technically this is theft...I am so disappointed I bought this as a gift for my elderly mother and I suppose I should have listened when people said if something feels too good to be true it usually is...I've had to go to Carphone Warehouse and buy a working phone but in the meantime this company now have my phone i purchased in good faith and haven't replied to my messages. Do not touch this company or you will regret it.....
