No mileage recorded when tyres fitted
I had two front tyres fitted and have no complaints about the fitting, but when I asked for a copy of the receipt there was no mileage recorded or reference to which axle (front or back) they were fitted. I queried this and requested it be added. I was told they didn't do that but have their own records. If I have an issue with the tyres in future I am concerned that I have no proof of the mileage or where the tyres were fitted. The garage said it was not policy to record mileage for this type of work and I couldn't persuade them to change. It left me uncomfortable in what would otherwise have been a positive experience.

Great garage
Great garage. Doesn’t just hand your keys back at the end of the job, but talks you through what is good and what you’ll need to look out for going forward, without being pushy etc. Highly recommended.

Always OK, in my experience
Pricing fine, shortest turnaround (2 days) I could find when I had a bulge in my tyre. Took 2 hrs to change the pair and align, which was longer than I expected, but I got the impression they were short of staff this particular day.
