The tyres were the cheapest price locally. The fitting was quick. My only issue was that the manager (Ray) wasn’t going for the customer service award!

No one answered the phone despite…
No one answered the phone despite multiple attempts, went in to the branch and explained I had a puncture and possibly needed new front tires. Was told “you’ll have to leave it here” not asked. Gave my name and phone number, a while later my wife received a call to say what was required, luckily we were together that day. Once completed I came up and paid, no one mentioned the puncture so I asked as was told , could not find anything but resealed. Next day tire was. Flat so returned and spoke to the younger guys who were extremely helpful and professional. Checked and found a nail. Experience on return was good but not so from the manager
